If too dry, add a few more drops of lemon bitters. INGREDIENTS Cocktail Bomb: 14 ounces white granulated sugar Press into bath bomb molds and then carefully remove the 10 ½ ounces baking soda top of the mold. Replace lid and press to pack until tightly 7 ounces citric acid set. Carefully turn out and set on a plate for service or store .2 ounces gum acacia covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 4-6 dashes cherry bitters 2 dashes lemon bitters or substitute Aperol Craft cocktails by building in a mixing glass. Add sloe gin, fill the glass halfway with ice, and stir to chill. Strain into a glass, Sloe Gin Cocktail: add an Amarena cherry, and then drop in a cocktail 2 ounces sloe gin per cocktail bomb. Once cooled, strain the mixture through cheese cloth or a sieve, extracting as much flavor from the solids as you can. Discard the solids. Add the lime juice and sugar/syrup, stir. Let cool, then transfer to bottle(s). Store in refrigerator. Note: this will not yield a conventional, carbonated ginger beer.
