The Essex County Council (Service Road off Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh) (District of Rochford) (Prohibition of Waiting) (Amendment No.38) Order 201* Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To introduce ‘No Loading at Any Time’ restrictions on the following length of Service Road off Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford as specified: Road Description Service Road off BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Hullbridge Road, west for a Hullbridge Road, distance of approximately 6 metres. Rayleigh This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TQ805 922 revision 002 to revision 003. Further details: A copy of the proposed Order, plans showing the proposal, a Statement of Reasons, a copy of this notice and a copy of the Order to be varied may be inspected during normal office hours at Network Management, A2 Annexe Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford; Rochford District Council, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford; and Rayleigh Library, High Street, Rayleigh.
