Personal Statement Teachers believe in principles and philosophy of modern education which positively support and enhance learners’ attitudes towards the process of education. We believe that learners should be given opportunities to participate with and express their ideas and directions. As a lecturer, I divide my lectures into three main parts; the first part is for explaining and presenting the subject using modern technology and utilities, the second part is dedicated for students’ participation and discussions, and in the final part which is the practical part, I group student into some small groups of students to practice what they have learned from the lecture. I, at times when the topic applies, tend to discuss topics with students individually. As for selecting topics, I am on constant renewal of the most modern topics in the given fields. I choose subjects and topics depending on the change and the development of the educational process. I also rely on the continuous assessment by students’ performance and take the feedback into consideration which helps to understand students’ understanding of the subject. …………………………………………………………………………………………...
