Status of Delta-DOR-related activities in JAXA Hiroshi Takeuchi(ISAS/JAXA) 1 Recent activities in JAXA • Five Delta-DOR sessions between JAXA and JPL for MAVEN were performed. The use of service request was demonstrated in the sessions. • Development of the weather TDM file generating system was finished and used for the MAVEN sessions. • Development of the 10GbE realtime output function of RDEF data was finished but not operationally tested yet. This function will be partially tested in the Hayabusa-2 passes. • Investigation of RF direct sampling receiver started. 2 Future cross-support activities • PROCYON will be launched on 30th November 2014 together with Hayabusa-2. Joint Delta-DOR sessions with JPL and ESA are planned on December 2014. Regular PROCYON DDOR sessions between JPL and JAXA are planned after that. • Both Hayabusa-2 and PROCYON are expected in the same beam before February 2015. • PROCYON DDOR demonstrates 86 MHz of spanning bandwidth, which is the widest bandwidth ever used. • Delta-DOR cross-support for JPL InSight mission is now under negotiation. 3 Sweeping DOR tones for PROCYON Three independent tones are generated separately without phase modulation. Three tones are slowly sweeped within the frequency band of Bs coincidently.
