To close off the Conference, Google will be here to share details of some of the developments in Google Image Search that will surely be of interest to us all.

Robin Prybil Bullseye Media Partners

Robin began her career at Creative Artists Agency, where she worked in the music division before being recruited to the literary department and the Creative Group, where she pitched ideas to clients and served as a liaison to female-led production companies around town.

Pursuant to that, Robin was brought on as Director of Development for producers Jon & Christine Peters at Columbia, before joining legendary producer Robert Evans as Vice-President of Production. During her ten years there, Robin was promoted to Executive Vice-President, overseeing all aspects of development, and production from physical through post and marketing. Her credits include: The Phantom, Jade, The Saint, and How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days.

In 2003, Robin was hired by Peter Jackson’s Weta Digital in New Zealand, to help raise that company’s profile and make their services and facilities feasible as an ongoing endeavor. Despite multiple Oscar wins for Lord of the Rings, industry perception was that Weta was too far away and thus not cost-effective for Hollywood films. Utilizing her vast studio relationships, Robin was instrumental in bringing in high-end productions that helped turn the company into a brand-name success story, which grew eight-fold during her tenure there.

Among the projects she helped bring in were Jim Cameron’s groundbreaking 3D film AVATAR, Fox’s successful reboot of Planet of the Apes, and two films with Steven Spielberg, Adventures of Tin-Tin and The BFG. Additionally, Robin served as Visual Effects Executive on films including: XMEN: First Class, The Avengers, Prometheus, Man of Steel, The Hobbit Trilogies, Fast 7, Jungle Book, and Pete’s Dragon.

Given her background in virtual production and visual effects, it was only natural that Robin has more recently segued into virtual reality and emerging technologies. Alex Reynolds General Manager of Shutterstock’s Platform Solutions

All the early aptitude tests concluded; “David has a vivid imagination, extraordinary communication skills and a flair for the dramatic... he must, however, never operate on a human being or attempt any mechanical repair.” He began his career performing in live theater but reluctantly moved offstage and behind the scenes at the urging of his fellow actors. This is where David discovered his passion for directing and storytelling. After years of delivering winning concepts for corporate and commercial clients alike and working with artists such as Hans Zimmer, Seal, and Maroon 5, he learned the single indisputable fact about the advertising world; you just can’t beat craft services. He also realized that the future of storytelling was in helping other filmmakers tell stories that resonate, transform lives, and change the world. Story & Heart grew out of this desire for collaboration and love for a story well told. The company’s “story-driven” licensing platform allows agencies and producers the ability to leverage these stories to tell their own, with even more depth and authenticity.
