PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH Ministerial Order No. M 112 I, Joy K. MacPhail, Minister of Health and Minister Responsible for Seniors, order that 1. B.C. Reg. 27/97, the Community Health Council Regulation, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix. 2. (1) Section 1 (75) of B.C. Reg. 115/94, the Health Council Regulation, is rescinded. (2) B.C. Reg. 260/95, the Queen Charlotte Islands/Haida Gwaii Health Council Regulation, is rescinded. 3. (1) Section 1 (64) of B.C. Reg. 115/94, the Health Council Regulation, is rescinded. (2) B.C. Reg. 60/95, the Fort Nelson-Liard Health Council Regulation, is rescinded. Reg 27/97, the Community Health Council Regulation, is amended by adding the following sections: Queen Charlotte Islands/Haida Gwaii Health Council 33. (1) The Queen Charlotte Islands/Haida Gwaii Health Council is continued as a community health council under section 6(1) of the Act. (2) The area of British Columbia constituting the Queen Charlotte Islands/Haida Gwaii Health Council is set out in Schedule A. (3) The Queen Charlotte Islands/Haida Gwaii Health Council consists of 15 members. Fort Nelson-Liard Health Council 34. (1) The Fort Nelson-Liard Health Council is continued as a community health council under section 6(1) of the Act. (2) The area of British Columbia constituting the Fort Nelson-Liard Health Council is set out in Schedule A. (3) The Fort Nelson-Liard Health Council consists of 12 members. SCHEDULE A QUEEN CHARLOTTE ISLANDS/HAIDA GWAII HEALTH COUNCIL AREA Commencing at a point on the westerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia, with said point being due West of the most southerly point of Gosling Island; thence due East to the intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the middle line of Hecate Strait; thence northwesterly to and continuing northwesterly and northerly along the middle line of Hecate Strait produced to the most southerly boundary of the State of Alaska; thence westerly along the most southerly boundary of the State of Alaska to the westerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia situated in the Pacific Ocean, west of Dixon Entrance; thence in a general southerly direction along the westerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia to a point thereon, with said point lying due West of the most southerly point of Gosling Island and being also the point of commencement. FORT NELSON-LIARD COMMUNITY HEALTH COUNCIL AREA Commencing at the intersection of the easterly boundary of the watershed of Little Rancheria River with the northerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia; thence southerly along the easterly boundary of the watershed of Little Rancheria River to the southerly boundary of the watershed of South Albert Creek; thence easterly along the southerly boundary of the watershed of South Albert Creek and continuing easterly and northerly along the southerly and easterly boundaries of the watershed of Cormier Creek to a point thereon, with said point being due West of the intersection of the natural boundaries of Sambo Creek and Dease River, on their right banks thereof; thence due East to said intersection and continuing due East to the easterly boundary of the watershed of Dease River; thence southerly along the easterly boundary of the watershed of Dease River to the southwesterly boundary of the watershed of Trepanier Creek; thence southeasterly along the southwesterly boundary of the watershed of Trepanier Creek and continuing southeasterly along the southwesterly boundary of the watershed of Black Angus Creek to the northerly boundary of the watershed of Kechika River; thence easterly along the northerly boundary of the watershed of Kechika River to the summit of Mount Tatisno, being a point thereon; thence southeasterly in a straight line to a point on the northeasterly boundary of the watershed of Kechika River, with said point being due East of the intersection of the natural boundaries of Wadin Creek and Kechika River, on their left banks thereof; thence southeasterly and southerly along the northeasterly and easterly boundaries of the watershed of Kechika River to the 58th parallel of north latitude; thence easterly along the 58th parallel of north latitude to the easterly boundary of the Province of British Columbia; thence northerly and westerly along the easterly and northerly boundaries of the Province of British Columbia to the intersection of the northerly boundary of the Province of British Columbia with the easterly boundary of the watershed of Little Rancheria River, being the point of commencement. .
