Podrška Obnovi Ekosistema Il Delti Rijeke Neretve Il 22/ 1 I) 2O1).3 (19: 5:} FAX mIBA.JADA DE ESPA1\A ~(lOl / Podrška obnovi ekosistema Il delti rijeke Neretve Španija ak1:ivno ucestvuje u procesu rekonstrukcije Bosne i Hercegovine na osnovu obaveza prihvacenih Dejtonskim sporazumom i regionalnom donatorskom konferencijom za Jugoistocnu Evropu. Od pocetka ratnih dešavanja Španija je saradivala na razlicitim op~racijama za održavanje mira li zemlji. U BiH je narocito prisutna od 1996. godine, kroz finansira..'I1jeraznih projekata li sklopu Programa rekonstn1kcije BiH putem Španske agencije za medunarodnu sarad.nju Španska vlada posljednjih godina intenzivno ucestvuje u pomoci Kantonu 7 Federacije BiH i Regiji 7 Republike Srpske, zonama u kojima su prisutne Španske oružane snage li sastavu SFOR-a. Sa svakim projektom nastoji se podstaci razvoj zemlje, istovremeno potencirati državne institucije, meduetnicko pomirenje, povratak izbjeglih i raseljenih lica, a uvijek se djeluje unutar pravne države. U sklopu Programa obnove Bosne i Hercegovine za 2001 godinu Španska vlada je, putem Španske agencije za medunarodnu saradnju (AECl), dala donaciju u iznosu od 360,607 EUR za projekat: Podrška obnovi eko-sistema u delti rijeke Neretve, faza 1. Tehnicki ured za saradnju sa Balkanom (AECI-OTC) sa sjedištem u Sarajevu je, li saradnji sa krajnjim korisnikon1 lP "Vodno podrucje slivova Jadranskog mora" - Mostar, implemen6rao ovaj projekat u 2002 godini. U sklopu ovog projekta izvršena je uspostava i/ili modernizacija 10 vodomjemih stanica i uspostava Vodo-infoffi1acionog Centra za odbranu od poplava i incidentnih zagadjenja, izrada katastra na bazi GIS sistenla donjeg toka rijeke Neretve i prirodnog parka Hutovo blato, te obuka osoblja poduzeca i Federalnog ministarstva za vodoprivredu. "==~..L" =-=~ U cilju konl1etiranja Podrške obnovi eko-sistema li delti rijeke Neretve, Španska vlada je odlucila finansirati projekat - Podrška obnovi ekosistema u delti rijeke Neretve, faza II li iznosu od 177.000 EUR, putem Španske agencije za medunarodnu saradnju (ABCl). Vlada Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine je prihvatila donaciju Vlade F.:raljevineSpanije i odobrila odabrani projekat. Krajnji korisnik projekta, Jav110poduzece za "Vodno podrucje s1ivova Jadranskog mora"- Mostar, il11p1ementirati ce projekat li saradnji sa Tehnickim uredom za saradnju sa Balkanom (aTC) sa sjedištem li Sarajevu. Projekat predvidja nastavak razvoja sustava za pracenje kvantiteta i kvaliteta voda li slivu rijeke Neretve i sastoji se od sl~jedecjh aktivnosti: . Isporuka i ugradnja opreme 1. Uspostava hidrološke stanice na rijeci Bregavi 2. Uspostava tri meteorološke stanice 3. Dogradnja potojecih stanica i Vodo-informacionog sistema . Tehnicka pomoc i obuka 1. Kalibracija i verifikacija software MIKE 11 2. Obuka osoblja poduzeca 3. Dentro del Programa de Apoyo a la Reconstrucci6nde Bosnia y Herzegovina para el 2002 y el 2003, el Gobierno de Espafia, a traves de la Agencia Espafiola de Cooperaci6n Internacional (ABCI) y su Oficina Tecnica de Cooperaci6n can los Ba1canes(OTe) de Sarajevo, decidi6 dar una donaci6n a la CompafiiaPliblica de Agua para la Regi6n de las Cuencas del Mar AdriMico de Mostar (que en 10 sucesivo se denominani Compafiia) par un importe de 177.000 Euros para el proyecto de: Apoyo a la Recuperaci6n del Ecosistema de Delta del Neretva, Fase II Acuerdo 2. La empresa dec1araque la donaci6n se va autilizar para rea1izarlas actividades necesarias para la IDejomdel control de la cantidad y la calidad de las aguas del Delta del rio Neretva, conforme a la propuesta del proyecto y la Notificaci6n de Concesi6n S'(REF:Exp.no.1583/02,expedida par la AECI el 20 de diciembre de 2002. 3. La dqnaci6n de la OTC financiara la ejecuci6nde las siguientes actividades: a. Suministro e instalaci6n del equipamiento b. Instalaci6n de una estaci6n hidrol6gica en el rio Bregava (afluente del Neretva); . C. Insta1aci6nde tres estaciones meteorol6gicas (Mostar, Ljubuski y el Parque Nacional Hutovo Blato). d. Entrega de las estaciones y del VIC Asistencia tecnica y fonnaci6n a. Calibraci6n y verificaci6ndel softwareMIKE 11 b. Capacitaci6ndel personal de la compafiia c. Elaboraci6n de un plan de acci6n para el control de la cantidad y la calidad del agua del de1tadel rio Neretva. 4. La Compafiiaconjuntamente can la OTC preparara el pliego de las prescripciones tecnicas para la adquisici6n del equipamiento y preparara una licitaci6n para las empresas espafiolasy las locales. Dna comisi6n mixta, en la que estara tambien un representante de la OTC, evaluara las ofertas recibidas. Posterionnente a la mencionada evaluaci6n la compafiia procedera a la finna del contrato can la empresa suministradora del equipamiento. Se seguira el mismo procedimiento para la asistenciatecnica y la capacitaci6ndel persona!. 5. Todos los pagos relacionados can dicha donaci6n, siempre se realizaran can las finnas del Director de la Compafiiay la CoordinadoraGeneral de la OTc. 6. Para evitar la duplicidad de las actividades o el cambio de la donaci6n, la Compafiiainfonnara a la OTC sobre otros programas (individual o exterionnente fmanciados),relacionadoscan dicha donaci6n. 7. La Compafiiase encargara de que el material y el transporte hasta el beneficiario final se liberen de todos los tributos como par ejemplo: de las tasas, impuestos, aduanas o de otros gastos administrativos,pero sin limitarse a estos. 8. La Compafiia asegura que el equipamiento y el materiai van a ser utilizados inmediatamente para las actividades de desarrollo del sistema de seguimiento de la cantidad y la calidad del agua en el De1tade Neretva. 9. La Compafiiaorganizara la supervisi6n de la ejecuci6n de las obras a traves del nombramientode un Organo de Supervisi6n que enviara un infonne del avance de las mismas a la OTC carla 15dias. 10. La OTC se reserva el derecho de reducir las actividades del proyecto o recuperar parcial o totalmente tada el importe gastado en caso de no cumplir las condiciones del contrato o en caso de que del infonne o de otro mada se dedujese que los recursos no se podran utilizar para el objetivo previamente fijado, o que para el mismo proyecto se hubieran obtenido recursos de otra fuente de la que la OTC no hubiera sido infonnada. En estos casos la OTC, despues de la consu1tacan la Compafiia,adoptara las medidas oportunas, cerrando posterionnente la cuenta en base a los recursos gastados hasta ese momenta, pagando tinicamente el precio de las actividades que efectivamentese hubiesen realizado can el arreglo al proyecto. Las cuestiones litigiosas que se susciten en la interpretaci6n rio realizaci6n de este contrato can posterioridad a su finna que no puedan ser resueltas de mutuo t acuerdo entre las partes, sera objeto de arbitraje. Cada parte nombrara a un arbitra y ambos seran los encargados de nombrar a un tercero que sera el presidente. En el caso de no llegar a un acuerdo entre los dos arbitros, el tercero sera nombrado par el Presidente de la Abogacia del Estado de Madrid, cura decisi6n sera definitiva y vinculante para todos.     Bosnia and Herzegovina: Public Opinion on Foreign Influence and Violent Extremism March 7, 2019 – March 26, 2019 Detailed Methodology • The survey was conducted on behalf of the International Republican Institute’s Center for Insights in Survey Research by Ipsos Bosnia and Herzegovina. • Data was collected between March 7 and 26, 2019, through in-home, in-person interviews using the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) method. • A total of 2,190 interviews were completed with an overall margin of error of +/- 2.1% at the midrange of the 95-percent confidence level for the full sample. • A nationally representative sample was based on a multistage stratification proportionate to population sample distribution, with a random selection of households and respondents within each Primary Sampling Unit (PSU). The first level was the region and the second level was urbanity. • Using data from the 2013 census as statistical reference for sample design, the sample is made up of citizens of BiH, aged 18+. • Sampling frame: address registry within strata defined by region and type of settlements (urban and rural). • Targeted oversampling was conducted in four areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina that have been identified as susceptible to radical tendencies: Zenica-Doboj Canton (n=148), Una-Sana Canton (n=188), Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (n=206) and Republika Srpska East (n=102). Oversampling in these areas sought to yield more specific insights into the public’s perception of the role of religion in society, the presence of extremism, and interethnic tension, among others. • Households were selected by a random route technique. • Respondent selection was made using random selection, any member of a household with the same probability (SRSWoR).

    ABOUT CITY OF BIHAĆ Bihać is a city and the administrative center of Una-Sana Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated on the banks of river Una in northwestern Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Bosanska Krajina region. As of 2013, it has a population of 56,261 inhabitants, area covered is 900 km², elevation: 230 m Population (750 ft). Ethnic group 2013 Bosniaks 49,550 Bihac is a town of rich history, an economic and cultural center of Una-Sana Canton. The Neretva River originates in BiH and flows through Croatia only for 20 km before entering into the Adriatic Sea.

The NGOs signed the Declaration on the need to protect left Neretva tributaries of the negative impacts of Upper Horizons project. The NGOs also participated in the dissemination of the project’s promotional materials (leaflets and posters) as well as they have been promoting the project’s objectives in the local media. Conservation Impacts Please explain/describe how your project has contributed to the implementation of the CEPF ecosystem profile. The project has researched the status of endemic fish species in rivers of Buna, Bunica and Bregava in lower Neretva valley. In Buna and Bunica rivers salmonid species dominated, while in Bregava endemic cyprinids species are abundant. These rivers are important habitats for endemic salmonids, as they use rivers for spawning and juvenile feeding grounds. The dominant salmonid species is softmouth trout, Salmo obtusirostris.

    Una | Izvor života Ovaj projekt financira Evropska unija Legenda kaže da je rijeka Una ime dobila od rimskih legionara koji su pri prvom susretu s ovom jedinstvenom rijekom uzviknuli: Una! – Jedna, jedina! Rijeka Una – Una izvire u Hrvatskoj, u ličkom dijelu Zadarske županije, jedna, jedina a najvećim dijelom prolazi kroz sjeverozapadni dio Bosne i Hercegovine. Tok ove rijeke, dug 212,5 km, završava u blizini mjesta Jasenovac gdje se ulijeva u rijeku Savu. Ova rijeka, po mišljenju mnogih najljepša, prirasla je srcu svim ljudima koji nastanjuju njezine obale od davnina. Kako bi se očuvala njena izvorna ljepota, bogatstvo bioraznolikosti, i kulturno-historijskog nasljeđa, gornji tok rijeke Une je u Bosni i Hercegovini 2008. godine proglašen nacionalnim parkom. Rijeka Una velikim dijelom svoga toka čini granicu između dviju država, Hrvatske i Bosne i Hercegovine, ali još je Aristotel rekao: „Rijeku ne štite granice već ljudi,“ i na nama je da očuvamo ovo jedinstveno zajedničko blago. Izvor Une Izvor Une smjestio se na 395,8 metara nadmorske visine u ličkom dijelu Zadarske županije, ispod padina planina Ličke Plješivice i Stražbenice u blizini mjesta Donja Suvaja u Općini Gračac. Na svojem izvoru Una čini bajkovito plavozeleno jezero okruženo šumom i visokim strmim liticama. Ovo na površini umirujuće jezero jedno je od najdubljih i najsnažnijih izvora ovoga područja, a prvi unski slap javlja se već 10-ak metara od izvora. Jezero su istraživali speleoronioci u sklopu međunarodne ekspedicije 2007. godine. Dosegnuvši dubinu od 205 m, talijanski speleoronioc Luigi Casati donio nam je fotografije ovog prirodnog fenomena na površinu. Zbog svoje izuzetne ljepote, ali i iznimne hidromorfološke vrijednosti, jezero je, uz kanjon koji ga okružuje te 150 metara nizvodnog toka, 1968.
