Ricerca straordinaria riservata a Graduati e Militari di Truppa (VFP4). A ELENCO INDIRIZZI IN ALLEGATO ^^^^^^^^^^^ 1. La ricerca in titolo si pone l’obiettivo di incrementare l’alimentazione dei reparti dislocati in Alto Adige cercando contestualmente di coniugare tale esigenza con le aspettative professionali e personali di Graduati e Militari di truppa che, in possesso della “vocazione” per la specialità alpina, ha il desiderio di valorizzare il proprio percorso di crescita nell’ambito del particolare contesto montano. 2. In particolare, tale ricerca vuole essere ulteriore strumento a disposizione del personale, in aggiunta alla “ Disponibilità al movimento ” e alla scheda informativa da compilare a premessa della pianificazione d’impiego per la prima assegnazione al transito di categoria, per poter realizzare un impiego del personale sempre più trasparente, meritocratico e soprattutto aderente, per quanto possibile, alle aspettative del personale. 3. Per quanto precede, il Graduato e/o il Militare di truppa che intenderà aderire alla ricerca in titolo, in possesso dei requisiti riepilogati in allegato “ A”, dovrà inoltrare entro il 24 dic. 2020, tramite il Comando di appartenenza, la propria istanza allo Scrivente Dipartimento utilizzando il format in allegato “ B”. 4. Nel rimanere a disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti utili al riguardo, si chiede a Codesti Vertici d’Area la massima diffusione della presente ai reparti dipendenti che, ad ogni modo, è stata resa disponibile sulla pagina intranet del Dipartimento. Tale personale, precisasi potrà esprimere il gradimento per l’impiego nelle truppe alpine o per la regione Trentino Alto Adige nell’ambito della scheda informativa a premessa della prima assegnazione; 2. non sia già effettivo in ente dislocato nell’ambito dell’Alto Adige 2; 3. se Graduato , non sia in possesso di incarichi/expertise di particolare onerosità/criticità per la Forza Armata, ossia qualora effettivo: − ai enti dipendenti dal COMFOSE, non abbia conseguito l’incarico di “Operatore OS” da meno di 10 anni; − ai reparti dipendente il COMFOSE o la B. Folgore, in possesso del brevetto di “paracadutista militare”, abbia maturato almeno 3 anni dal provvedimento di prima assegnazione per transito nel Ruolo Graduati; − al reggimento lagunari, in possesso dell’abilitazione anfibia, abbia maturato almeno 3 anni dal provvedimento di prima assegnazione per transito nel Ruolo Graduati; − al 66° rgt. f. aeromobile, in possesso dell’abilitazione aeromobile avanzata, abbia maturato almeno 3 anni dal provvedimento di prima assegnazione per transito nel Ruolo Graduati; − ai Centri Sportivi dell’Esercito, non sia in possesso dell’incarico di atleta; − al Centro Veterinario dell’Esercito, non sia in possesso dell’incarico di conducente cinofilo; − ai reggimenti guastatori, in possesso dell’incarico di “geniere” e abbia svolto il corso di specializzazione quale “guastatore”, abbia maturato almeno 3 anni dal provvedimento di prima assegnazione per transito nel Ruolo Graduati; − al reggimento genio ferrovieri, in possesso dell’incarico di “operatore ferroviario del genio” e abbia svolto il corso di specializzazione quale “capo stazione / capo treno / macchinista / manovratore / deviatore”, abbia maturato almeno 3 anni dal provvedimento di prima assegnazione per transito nel Ruolo Graduati. 4. se Militare di truppa (VFP1 o VFP4), non sia in possesso di incarichi/expertise di particolare onerosità/criticità per la Forza Armata, ossia qualora effettivo: 1 Il possesso dei requisiti è condizione ineludibile per la concessione del beneficio chiesto e deve permanere, ad eccezione dei punti in cui la finestra temporale di riferimento è espressamente sancita ( in corsivo ), in capo al graduato/militare di truppa sino alla definizione del provvedimento d’impiego, pena l’esclusione dalla procedura in titolo. 2 Ad eccezione del personale in temporanea assegnazione ai sensi di legge in una sede dell’Alto Adige, ma effettivo a reparti non dislocati nell’ambito della suddetta provincia, che pertanto potrà presentare istanza nell’ambito della ricerca in parola. - A 1 - DIPE, Alimentazione dei reparti dislocati in Alto Adige.     Minorities: South Tyrol in Italy Italy and minorities Italy historically has always been a linguistically and culturally fragmented society. Because of this historical development, in Italy there have always been many regional and local differences in culture, economy and policy. Today, there is an intense concentration of minorities especially in the border regions, in the northeast and northwest of Italy, where there took place the wars and conflicts in the 20th century. Other areas with a higher concentration of minorities are the two main islands of Italy and the South of Italy where there are minorities from the Balkans or Greece. In the central part of Italy the most minorities disappeared, except Sinti and Roma communities. Today, there are twelve minorities which are recognized and protected by the Italian legislation (Article 6 of the Constitution and Law no. 482, 1999, art. 2): Albanian, Catalan, German, Greek, Slovenian, Croatian, French, French-Provençal, Friulan, Ladin, Occitan and Sardinian. Trentino-Alto Adige, comprising the territory of the Provinces of Trento and Bolzano, constitutes an autonomous Region, with legal status, within the political structure of the Italian Republic, one and indivisible, on the basis of the principles of the Constitution and according to the present Statute. 2. The capital of the Trentino-Alto Adige Region shall be the city of Trento. Art. 2 1. In the Region equality of rights for all citizens is recognised, regardless of the linguistic group to which they belong, and respective ethnic and cultural characteristics shall be safeguarded. Art. 3 1. The Region consists of the Provinces of Trento and Bolzano. 2. The communes of Proves, Senale, Termeno, Ora, Bronzolo, Valdagno, Lauregno, San Felice, Cortaccia, Egna, Montagna, Trodena, Magre, Salorno, Anterivo and the district of Sinablana within the commune of Rumo in the Province of Trento shall be joined to the Province of Bolzano. 3. The Provinces of Trento and Bolzano shall be granted special forms and conditions of autonomy, according to the present Statute.     C ULTURAL IDENT I TY STUD I E S The South Tyrol Question, CIS 1866–2010 Georg Grote From National Rage to Regional State South Tyrol is a small, mountainous area located in the central Alps. Despite its modest geographical size, it has come to represent a success story in the Georg Grote protection of ethnic minorities in Europe. When Austrian South Tyrol was given to Italy in 1919, about 200,000 German and Ladin speakers became Italian citizens overnight. Despite Italy’s attempts to Italianize the South Tyroleans, especially during the Fascist era from 1922 to 1943, they sought to Question, 1866–2010 Tyrol South The maintain their traditions and language, culminating in violence in the 1960s. In 1972 South Tyrol finally gained geographical and cultural autonomy from Italy, leading to the ‘regional state’ of 2010. This book, drawing on the latest research in Italian and German, provides a fresh analysis of this dynamic and turbulent period of South Tyrolean and European history. The author provides new insights into the political and cultural evolution of the understanding of the region and the definition of its role within the European framework. In a broader sense, the study also analyses the shift in paradigms from historical nationalism to modern regionalism against the backdrop of European, global, national and local historical developments as well as the shaping of the distinct identities of its multilingual and multi-ethnic population. Georg Grote was born in the Lower Rhine Valley in northwest Germany. He has lived in Ireland since 1993 and lectures in Western European history at CIS University College Dublin.

Author: Andrea Carlà Abstract: South Tyrol, an Italian province with a German-speaking population and a sophisticated system to protect its cultural characteristics, is generally consider a model to deal with national minorities and accommodate ethnic-linguistic diversity in contexts ranging from Bosnia-Herzegovina to Iraq and recently Ukraine. Most academic works on South Tyrol provide legal descriptions of the South Tyrol system to protect minorities and/or analyze the degree of protection awarded to the German speaking population. This paper, instead, aims at providing an analysis of the South Tyrol model from the point of view of the Italian speaking population living in the territory. Italian speakers represent one quarter of South Tyrolean inhabitants and in the past have shown a so-called “uneasiness” with their status in South Tyrol. Using various indicators, including voting patterns, demographic trends and surveys, the paper will investigate how the Italian speaking population has experienced the South Tyrol system to protect minority and to what extent South Tyrolean policies have been successful in accommodating ethnic- linguistic diversity and promoting a multicultural society. In this way, the paper brings a new perspective for our understanding and evaluation of arrangements for the accommodation of national minorities and their cultural diversity, in contrast to a prevalent tendency to discuss minority rights and minority protection from the point of view of the minority. In particular, the findings on the South Tyrolean experience will be used to ponder on the protection of the Hungarian minority and interethnic relations in Romania, especially in Szeklerland.
