Pierce's hip was displaced and Lhe was told he would not be able to run for a year. Our Community, Pathway and Football Manager Tim Thorne visited him and gave him a training program with FiFa 14. Goalkeeper Jerrad Tyson visited Pierce in hospital playing FiFa with him for five and a half hours. after eleven weeks Pierce was able to start kicking a football and walk without the aid of his crutches or wheelchair. Within seven months Pierce was playing again due to his sheer determination in getting better. Pierce sent this lovely note to everyone that helped him through his ordeal.
