HIGHWAYS 6) Community Network Highways Scheme. At the Community Network Panel meeting last month, the following schemes were approved, with an estimated cost of approximately £22,000. These are now being commissioned and we will report progress at future panel meetings. Consultation about design will take place through the relevant Cornwall Councillor.
