“To make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones to work in wood and to engage in all kindS of craftS” (exoduS 31: 4,5)

All PCS students explore artistic expression in our dedicated art studio. Under the guidance and instruction of Mrs. Heidi Hart, students are inspired by master artists and have the opportunity to experiment with various mediums. The art studio is also utilized to enhance long term projects in the homeroom such as written reports on US States, and Ancient Civilizations. On a regular rotation, elementary students visit the studio in the morning while junior high students are in

the space in the afternoons for electives. Junior high electives in the art studio include beginning architecture, film appreciation and photography, cardboard construction, pop art, paper mache and many others.
