The documentary begins with the 16th century, when the Ever-Virgin Mary, under her title “Our Lady of Guadalupe,” appeared to Saint Juan Diego. The film explores the life of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, the first canonized Native American saint, and Nicholas Black Elk, whose cause for Canonization is proceeding. God has given to each of us many gifts. How we use those gifts is our gift back to God. The Body of Christ, the Church, consists of many parts, all gifts from a loving God. In gratitude, we thank God for His Gift of the Holy Spirit, Who pours out His grace upon us and shows us the way to salvation. Come, Holy Spirit!
