Legislative Meeting Minutes of June 27, 2019 Mr. O’Donnell moved and Mr. Kelly seconded a motion to adopt the folloWing resolution: RESOLUTION: 2019 – 2020 1 Resolve, the Board of School Directors approve the Legislative Meeting Minutes of May 23, 2019 and June 27, 2019 The aforementioned resolution Was declared adopted by the Chair, the vote being: AYES: Jaclyn Clancy, James Cunningham, Robert Kelly, Jeffrey Koenig, Theresa Napson-Williams, William O’Donnell and Kristin Seale NAYS: None ABSENT: Susan Henderson-Utis and Elizabeth Schneider III. Ms. Cooper received her Bachelor’s Degree from Gettysburg College and her Master’s Degree from Eastern University. She comes to us from Upper Darby School District Where she served as a Math and Science Teacher. Ms. Cooper is assigned to the Simon Youth Academy. Ms. Cooper is being hired pending completion of her pre-employment paperWork. 2. Sharon Nattress, Special Education Teacher effective
