Towards independence, community living and mental health recovery Lyndhurst is situated in the north London suburb of North Finchley. With recently modernised accommodation across three houses and an experienced staff team, we support people with the most complex mental health needs. We have a strong track record in supporting people making the step down from secure and acute services to open community settings and into semi-independent and independent living. 1 Our focus is on enabling each individual to live as independently as possible. Referrals and Admissions We support people moving from acute and secure settings and also those with complex mental health needs. We will prepare an outline care package as part of the referral process and support to any funding application process. We can support people with multiple care needs whose primary need is a mental health one.
