The new visa regime provides visa-free travel for EU citizens when travelling to the UAE and for citizens of UAE when travelling to the EU for a period of stay of 90 days, said a statement released by the EU Council of Ministers. UAE is the first Arab country to sign the Schengen-visa waiver agreement with the 28- member European bloc. On behalf of the EU, the agreement was signed by representatives of the current EU Latvian Presidency and the European Commission. The UAE Ambassador to the EU Sulaiman Hamid Al- Mazroui signed the agreement for his country. CHAPTER FOUR FINDING AND ANALYSIS A. Football Dispute in Indonesia The development of football is very dynamic since the beginning of 1800’s in England. From merely sports event to the professional, even economics issue, football today have so many changes with its legal matters. The basic feature of football is its footballers and clubs. The contractual or working agreement relation among those parties has created several issues and problem in maintaining stability of contract, such as another working relationship. The Bosman case in 90’s has given fundamental change for sports dispute resolution throughout the world, especially in football. Looking at Indonesian football, firstly the discussion should be begun from its history to provide broader knowledge about the problem arises form contractual dispute prospect. Indonesian football was organized after the establishment of PSSI on Saturday, 19 April 1930 in Hendeprojo building, Yudonegaran, Yogyakarta. BAB I PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar Belakang Pada dasarnya manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang tidak dapat hidup sendiri, manusia tidak lepas dari interaksi dan komunikasi dengan sesama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tak lepas dari itu, manusia juga saling membutuhkan satu sama lain untuk melakukan aktifitasnya. Komunikasi merupakan proses penyampaian pesan yang disampaikan dari pihak satu ke pihak yang lain untuk memberikan sebuah informasi atau sekedar untuk berbincang-bincang secara nonverbal maupun lisan. Melakukan interaksi dengan berkomunikasi memiliki banyak faktro yang mempengaruhi yaitu dapat dari latar belakang budaya, pendidikan, situasi dan ikatan kelompok. Selain itu, komunikasi tidak dapat hanya dilakukan secaralangsung (face to face) melainkan juga dapat dilakukan dengan cara melalui media. Dalam era globalisasi ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat terjadi, informasi sangat penting untuk manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga sudah menjadi kebutuhan dasar setiap manusia untuk mengetahui apa yang terjadi di sekelilingnya. Media komunikasi dapat dikatakan sarana untuk memberikan, mempublish dan memperlihatkan sebuah realita yang terjadi. Media komunikasi ini juga dapat dilihat dari macamnya yaitu media cetak, media audio, media visual serta media audio visual. Macam-macam media tersebut dapat disebut dengan media massa. Seiring berjalannya waktu dan berkembangnya zaman, era media massa pun mengikuti perkembangan tersebut mulai dari surat kabar yang ditulis kemudian dicetak, lalu menjadi majalah,radio, televisi, hingga internet. Media massa mempunyai peran untuk memberikan arti atau makna yang dibutuhkan atau diinginkan oleh para khalayak umum. Menurut Tan dan Wright (1991), komunikasi 1 massa adalah bentuk komunikasi yang menggunakan sarana untuk menghubungkan pembicara dan pendengar dalam cangkup yang luas, sehingga menimbulkan makna tersendiri. Selain itu, media massa mempunyai peranan untuk mempublish informasi kepada khalayak umum. -

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: Pelaksanaan rekruitmen pemain professional pada klub Persijap Jepara dan Proses pemain setelah direkrut oleh klub Persijap Jepara. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Sumber data diperoleh dari CEO PT. Jepara Raya Multitama MS. Basalamah dan dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan Persijap Jepara. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dengan menyiapkan model pedoman wawancara yang meliputi daftar pertanyaan yang akan digunakan untuk mengambil data dari narasumber. Lokasi penelitian PT. Jepara Raya Multitama. Tanggal dan waktu pelaksanaan penelitian pada tanggal 15 Februari 2015 pukul 09.35 wib dan 25 April 2015 pukul 10.30 wib. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara deskriptif yang didasarkan pada analisis kualitatif.
