I have never talked to either of these reporters. F I have never read the New York Daily News article, dated January 31, 1992, regarding Sammy Garvano being with John

1 Gotti in the car parked at the scene at the time of the homicide 4 of Paul Castellano and Thomas Bilotti. I did hear of its 2 1 existence-after the OPR investigation began. I believe I may have heard about the investigation some time during the week of February 10, 1992. I was not aware of Garvano'sassociation with

Gotti nor his involvement in the Castellano or Bilotti homicides.

Further, I have no knowledge of the New York Daily News

article of January 28, 1992, regarding the homicide of Francesco

Oliveri. I do not know who Frank Oliveri was nor do I know

» anything about his death. I 5 Prior to January 28, 1992, I read the book "Boss of F Bosses," written by two former New York SAs, wherein they provide ~ information regarding the murder of Paul Castellano. I acquired

no information from the office in relation to the Castellano, : § Bilotti, or Oliveri murders. I provided no information in regard 1 3 . to these murders to anyone including the Daily News nor do I know ,. anyone whodid. l
