THE RT. REV. MIKE HILL 56th of Bristol

Bishop Mike spent time in the world of business before considering a call to ordained ministry. He served as of St. Mary Magdalene, Addiscomb, after which Bishop Mike was senior curate at St. Paul’s Slough. He then served as in charge and later rector of St. Leonard’s . During this time Bishop Mike also became Rural Dean of and was appointed the . After serving as the , he was the 56th for 14 years, retiring in September 2017.

Lord of the Streets (LOTS) Tuesday – Thursday, May 15 – 17 9 a.m. – noon 3401 Fannin Street LOTS is a church community that welcomes, restores and rebuilds lives through relationship- focused ministries with the homeless and formerly homeless. Volunteer opportunities include clothing center, mail clerks and assessment. LOTS Vision Program seeks volunteers on Tuesdays and Thursdays to clean, read, label and bag donated glasses to provide homeless clients with desperately needed prescription eyeglasses.
