Clothing: Purchase, Rental, and Cleaning Group B – Specification Sheet

1. Long- Work Shirt (Men’s) • Sizes: S - 5XL (Longs add 2” to the body), sleeve lengths: S (31 ½”), M (33"), L (34 ½”) XL (36") • Colors: Include but not limited to Khaki • Material: 65% , 35% blend • Style: Banded buttonhole , two chest with flaps and closures, box in back, and round dress style bottom . The shirt front shall close with a front with at least six in matching or coordinating color. Buttonholes are lockstitched. One and flap each front, inverted pleat. Banded collar closing at the center front with a horizontal buttonhole on the left side and a corresponding button on the right side. One flap over each pocket, and one buttonhole for closure to pocket.

2. Short-Sleeve Work Shirt (Men’s) • Sizes: S - 5XL (Longs add 2” to the body) • Colors: Include but not limited to Khaki • Material: 65% polyester, 35% cotton blend • Style: Banded buttonhole collar, two chest pockets with flaps and button closures, box pleat in back, and round dress style bottom hem. Long-Sleeve Dress Shirt (Men’s) • Sizes: 14 ½ , 15, 15 ½ , 16, 16 ½ , 17, 17 ½ , 18 ½ , 19, 20, and 22 inches, sleeve lengths: 32 - 37 inches. • Colors: Include but not limited to White • Material: 65% polyester/35% combed cotton poplin, permanent press with soil release finish, 4.5 ounces per square yard. • Style: Law Enforcement style shirt with banded collar, two-piece , and pockets with flaps, sewn-in creases and 3/16" rolled bottom hem. Long with radiuses corners, lined with one button/buttonhole closure. width 2 ½", topstitched 3". Sleeves have a 1 1/8" wide finished sleeve placket with button and buttonhole closure. Dress style banded collar, fully lined with polyester blend, collar stays and topstitching. Top center left front, 1 ½" wide, is lined and 3" . Right front is hemmed at 7/8". Six buttons plus one at collar band. Spare replacement buttons at bottom right front. Buttonholes are lockstitched. Each front has a sewn-in military crease with the center of the flap and box pleat on pocket. One pocket and flap each front. The yoke shall be approximately 2 ½ " wide at the center neck and 2" wide at the armholes. There shall be button down shoulder affixed to each shoulder of the same material. Shirts shall have Poplin Law Enforcement creases. Two on the front and two on the back. Front to be centered with the center of each flap and pocket button shall be permanently creased. Stitched creases are unacceptable due to puckered appearance after laundering. One pocket each front with mitered corners and 1" box pleat. Five pockets 3" wide and 5 5/8" deep with mitered corners. Self-fabric scalloped flaps over each pocket, with one false button. sewn in corners of each flap. Separate self-material pencil compartment is located on left pocket.

Long sleeves with radiuses corners, lined with one button/buttonhole closure. Cuff width 2 ½”, topstitched 3". Sleeves have a 1 1/8” wide finished sleeve placket with button and buttonhole closure. Dress style banded collar, fully lined with polyester blend, collar stays and topstitching. Top center left front, 1 ½” wide, is lined and 3" topstitch. Left front is hemmed at 7/8". Six buttons plus one at collar band. Spare replacement buttons at bottom right front. Buttonholes are lockstitched. Each front has a sewn-in Law Enforcement crease with the center of the flap and box pleat on pocket. One pocket and flap each front. The yoke shall be approximately 2 ½” wide at the center neck and 2" wide at the armholes. There shall be button down shoulder straps affixed to each shoulder of the same material. Sewn creases on the front and back, front to be centered with the center of each flap and pocket button shall be permanently creased. 11. Dress Slacks (Men’s) • Sizes: Waist sizes: 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, and 54 with inseams up to 37". (Hemmed to customer preference) • Colors: Include but not limited to Spruce Green • Material: 100% textured woven polyester with soil release finish. Crush proof hook and eye closure. 6.8 ounces per square yard. • Style: Plain front, with tab, quarter top front pockets, welt face back pockets. Two quarter top front pockets reinforced with an additional ply of material across bottom. Right back pocket with button tab and button closure. Material is 65% polyester/35% cotton, 2.30 weight. All pocket openings are bar tacked at each end. Two-piece finished 1 ½” with and 7/8" stretch Ban Roll, or equal. Curtain is 65% polyester/35% cotton, 2.60 weight and finishes 1 5/8" and contains a shirt retaining ribbon. Stainless steel hook and eye closure with 7/8" reinforcement stay. Waist sizes 28 through 38 have seven loops with additional loops added for size 40 and above. Loops are of double thickness, lined, finished 5/8" wide and will accommodate a 2" belt. Each loop is bar tacked through shell fabric and lining for sturdy reinforcement. Industrial weight brass type zipper with heavy duty slider and metal stops on permanent press tape. Side seams and inseams are chain stitched with heavy duty . Pants have allowances for waist alterations. All points of stress are bar tacked.

12. Two quarter top front pockets reinforced with an additional ply of material across bottom. Right back pocket with button tab and button closure. Material is 65% polyester/35% cotton, 2.30 weight. All pocket openings are bar tacked at each end. Two-piece waistband finished 1 ½” with lining and 7/8" stretch Ban Roll, or equal. Curtain is 65% polyester/35% cotton, 2.60 weight and finishes 1 5/8" and contains a shirt containing ribbon. Stainless steel hook and eye closure with 7/8" reinforcement stay. Cargo Pants (Men’s) • Sizes: Waist: 28 – 54 (2” increments), Inseam: 30 -36 even lengths. • Colors: Include but not limited to Dark Green • Material: 100% cotton canvas, 8.5 oz. • Style: Pleated front with two front slash pockets, two cargo pockets, two rear slash pockets with the right pocket having a utility , and one cell phone/magazine pocket, double layer knee with knee pad pocket. The pants will be made of 1 ½” wide on each side of the waistband, allowing the waist to expand up to 4" in circumference for increased comfort and mobility. The waistband shall be closed with a snap and a French fly. The waistband must be topstitched for added strength. The pant shall have two front slash pockets with double needle stitching. The two cargo pockets, (one on each side ) shall measure 7.5" x 7.5" with a 1" bellow at the center. The pockets will be centered across the side seam. The pocket flaps shall be mitered and secured with 1 ½”" x 2" hook and loop tabs at each corner. Cell phone/ magazine pocket above one of the cargo pockets with a flap, hook and loop closure. Two rear slash pockets, each with a hook and loop closure in the middle of the pocket. Utility strap on the right rear slash pocket. Belt loops shall be keystone style and have a minimum opening of 2". Minimum of five belt loops at the waist with two in front and three in back. A D-ring will be at the right front belt loop. Double needle construction throughout all major seams with matching thread. There is a double-layer set and 45 bar-tacks for added strength and durability.

14. Length to be specified at time of order. One-piece waistband, lined, elastic with one button and buttonhole closure. One piece with two darts and quarter top pockets. Two-piece back with on each side, zipper closure. Seven-inch zipper located in the center back of the skirt. Side seams are chain stitched to reduce the possibility of seam breaks. All points of stress are bar tacked.

17. Short-Sleeve T-Shirt (Unisex) • Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL. • Colors: Include but not limited to Sand, Dark Green • Material: 100% preshrunk cotton heavyweight. • Style: T-shirt with pocket and square bottom hem. Plain front, patch pocket. Set-in sleeves.

Parka (Unisex) • Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL. • Colors: Include but not limited to Dark Green • Material: Shell constructed of windproof/water resistant polyurethane coated-, medium weight Toughlan nylon. Fully lined with super heavy weight 11.5 oz. Antipilling Panda Fleece and 3 oz. polyfill quilting. • Style: Three quarter parka with easy -zip out- hood. Plain, nylon zipper front concealed with fake storm flap, snap closure. Two front safari pockets and one inner right chest pocket with zipper. Lined zip-up collar with attached lined hood complete with draw cord. One-piece, raglan style sleeves with stretch cuff.

20. Three-Season Jacket (Unisex) • Sizes: S - 3XL (Long add 2 inches to both the body and sleeve length) • Colors: Include but not limited to Dark Green • Material: 100% nylon shell, 100% polyester fleece lining. • Style: Jacket with nylon outer shell and fully lined with Black polyester fleece except for the sleeves. The jacket has front hand warmer pockets, knitted waistband and cuffs. The collar shall be shell fabric and the collar liner shall be fleece. The top of the collar shall be even with the top of the fronts. The collar shall be 3-1/4 inches high at front and shall be topstitched 1/4-inch gage. The slider shall be on the right zipper tape. A full length- weather flap, interlined with a suitable nonwoven, shall finish 1-3/8 inches wide and be topstitched on the front, top and bottom edges 1/4-inch gage. The weather flap shall be caught between the zipper tape and the lining of the left front. Bottom ends of zipper tape shall be bar-tacked with 1/2-inch bar tacks located 1/8 inch from the bottom edge. The back shall be plain, one piece- construction. A 3/8-inch- wide black nylon tape hanger loop, 2 inches long shall be sewn into the inside collar seam at center back. The sleeves shall be raglan, one piece- construction, 41/4 inches wide at the collar seam. The sleeves shall be interlined with -needle punched- felt and lined with nylon taffeta. The felt shall be quilted between the taffeta and a nonwoven scrim fabric with parallel rows of stitching 5 inches apart. The sleeve cuff shall be acrylic knit 3 inches high caught between shell and lining fabrics and shall finish 2-1/2 inches high. A loop of tubular nylon 3/8 inches wide and finishing 1-1/4 inches long shall be caught in the cuff seam over the sleeve closing seam on the outside of the sleeve. A zippered, single welt hand warmer slash pocket shall be located on each front. The bottom of the pocket opening shall be 2-1/2 inches above the knitted skirt and 2-1/2 inches from the side seam. The top of the opening shall be 9-1/2 inches above the skirt and 5-3/4 inches from the side seam. The welt shall be 7 inches long by 5/8-inch-wide and topstitched 1/16 inch. The pocket bag shall be shell fabric and shall be 7 inches deep at center. A zippered inner left welt pocket shall be located under the left front. The welt opening shall be 6-inches wide by 1/2-inch high with a 6-inch zipper. The pocket bag shall be fleece and finish 7-1/4 inches high and 8-inches wide. The zipper shall be even with the bottom of the armhole. The bottom shall be finished with a 2-1/2-inch-high waistband. The waistband ends shall be shell fabric 3 inches wide and shall be topstitched on the bottom and front 1/4-inch gage. The ends shall be interlined with insulation. The front zipper shall be 27 inches long with 5/8-inch tape, color black, with long pull tab, single sliders. The front pocket shall be 7 inches long with 5/8-inch tape, color black, with long pull tab, single sliders. The inner pocket zipper shall be 6 inches long with 5/8- inch tape, color black, with long pull tab, single sliders.

21. Vest (Unisex) • Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL • Colors: Include but not limited to Dark Green • Material: 65% polyester/35% cotton • Style: Standard vest with zipper front, two front pockets, and two inside pockets. Front and back panels shall be one-piece construction. Zipper front. The top of the pocket shall be 2-3/4 inches wide then curve down to

the outside edge which shall be 4 inches high. The pocket opening shall be 6 inches wide and bar-tacked at each end with a 3/8-inch bar . The pockets shall be 8-3/8 inches wide from center front to back edge of pocket along bottom of pocket. The pocket shall be 8-5/8 inches high from top of to bottom edge at center front. The top edges of the pockets shall have a pencil opening 2-1/8 inches wide, measured from the upper . A 1-1/2 inches wide and 6 inches long pencil pocket made of pocketing material shall be sewn to the front panels in locations corresponding to the pencil openings. Edges of pencil pocket shall be folded to the inside and topstitched 1/16-inch gage. The inside pockets shall be 7 inches deep and shall be as wide as the front panels. The zipper shall be a nylon coil YKK, size 5 or equal. Zipper shall be matching shade or black.

22. Crewneck Sweatshirt (Unisex) • Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. • Colors: Include but not limited to Dark Green • Material: 90% cotton, 10% polyester. Weight 10 oz/yd. • Style: Oversized cut, fully cover stitched. Plain front, crew neck. Plain back. Set-in-sleeves.

23. The waistband shall be closed with a snap and a French fly. The waistband must be topstitched for added strength. The pant shall have two front slash pockets with double needle stitching. Belt loops shall be keystone style and have a minimum opening of 4". Minimum of five belt loops at the waist with two in front and three in back. A D- ring will be at the right front belt loop. Double needle construction throughout all major seams with matching thread. There is a double layer- set and 45 bar-tacks for added strength and durability.

The belt buckle shall be polished solid brass, harness style, with inside dimensions of 1 5/8 inches. The prong shall be brass plated stainless steel. "Solid Brass" shall be stamped to the inside surface of the buckle. A leather belt loop 1/2-inch-wide shall have ends stapled together and placed between the two snaps. The loop shall be plain with enough ease to accommodate belt pass through. Edges shall be hand trimmed- and aniline painted. The belt shall be constructed by stripping the leather to 1 ½ inch in width and appropriate length for each size belt. The Hyde used is drum dyed and hot stuffed full grain leather. The strap will be trimmed at the buckle end with a slot punch located on center approximately 2 ½ inches from the end and 2 sets of holes for snaps on center. The turn-back section shall be skived. Seven, 5/16-inch, round holes spaced 1 inch apart starting approximately 3 inches from the end shall be punched on center. The proper measurement for size shall be from the folded end of the belt to the center holes opposite end.
