That with effect from 1 st January, 2020, companies/employers in the Insurance and Pensions Industry award a 130% increase on all minimum basic salaries (grades Al to C3) as per table 1 below. 2. That with effect from 1st January, 2020, companies/employers in the Insurance and Pensions Industry award a transport allowance of $889,00, per month. 3. That with effect from 1st January, 2020, companies/employers in the Insurance and Pensions Industry award a housing allowance of $625,00, per month. 4. That companies/employers who are able to pay more are encouraged to do so and to advise the NEC of such awards. 5.
