Makes Canadian Television Debut PRESS RELEASE “LINDA HAS 2 MOMMIES” makes Canadian Television Debut Toronto (Wednesday, February 03, 2010) – Who exactly is Linda? Yes, she has troubles like any other teenager. She’s an only child. She can be lazy and probably eats more than she should. She remains focused on her own needs and doesn’t mind creating daily drama when she doesn’t get her way. Linda, like so many other teenagers, tends to think that the world revolves around her, and, frankly, in her household, for the most part it does! Because, well…how shall we put this?... Linda is a cat. But Linda is not just any ordinary cat; she’s “very pretty” (a gray and crème Tabby) with so many “issues” that her family has decided to seek professional help for her. Enter Dr. Andy. Her only chance to express her emotions is through her weekly visits with him, as he is a “certified” Pet Therapist – or “Pet-iatrician.” It’s Dr. Andy who sees a significant tie between Linda’s issues and her parents. Not that they’re inattentive, treat her unfairly or don’t love her, quite the contrary! But her parents are “different”: they travel all over the world, throw amazing parties with their equally-out-there friends, attend major entertainment events where they meet everyone from Martina Navratilova to James Spader to Hillary Clinton, and oh, by the way, Linda doesn’t just have one “mommy”…she has TWO! “Linda Has Two Mommies” is a unique sitcom/reality/partly-animated series of short interstitial programs, based upon the hilarious real life stories of her “mommies” and series creators Cheryl McDermott and Barbara Hobart. This series dramatizes the escapades of two high-flying, sometimes high-strung, always hilarious gay women as told by their cat, Linda to her therapist. “We wanted to show our world from the perspective of the center of our world, Linda Hobart, cat extraordinaire. Little did we know that we would not only be able to share our life through her perspective but that, in the process, we would become cartoon characters! (Linda’s probably always thought of us as “cartoonish”, though, so I don’t know why I’m surprised.) ….Cheryl McDermott “It was Linda’s idea to animate us because she is so, well, NOT animated, and she thought the “counterpoint” would be significant. She is ultimately, extremely creative and a deep thinker so, as with all things in our life, we followed her lead! Plus, because she has no thumbs, she was looking for another way to monetize her slovenly existence.”…Barbara Hobart “Linda has so many stories to tell... frankly, I haven’t even made half of them public yet. It just wouldn’t be professional therapeutic behaviour to reveal such funny, personal, sometimes embarrassing stories on TV until I’ve had a chance to bring in my make-up and wardrobe people”... Dr. Andy, Pet Therapist “I’m really the only normal one in the whole show. I mean, seriously, wait till you see them. Now get out of my chair.”... Linda “Cheryl and Barbara have produced something very original and fun. It is a pleasure for us at OUTtv to be able to introduce it to our audience” OUT TV’s COO Brad Danks. Linda Has Two Mommies can be seen every Wednesday at 3:00 and 7:30 EST on OUT TV About Wooden Horse Productions: CHERYL MCDERMOTT (Mommy #2, Co-Executive Producer) Ms. McDermott is an international television executive with over 25 years experience. After turning down an invitation to attend California Institute of the Arts as a music major, she went on to receive her JD degree from Loyola Law School and started her career “in the business” in the International Television Distribution division of MGM/UA (not counting a much-earlier stint as a security guard on the backlot of Universal Studios, which ended badly when she decided she couldn’t stand the polyester uniform and they refused to provide her with a loaded gun). Cheryl went on to serve as a VP at Turner Entertainment Co., and an SVP at Saban Entertainment, during which time the Power Rangers came to international prominence and she spent way too much time squirreling away as many potentially valuable toys as possible. She currently enjoys long-standing tenure as a Senior Vice President in the international division of the world’s largest cable company, overseeing all international operations stateside as well as directly handling the operational aspects of numerous non-US channels around the world. As a result, Cheryl spends very little time in this country, let alone at home. Oh, and she has also co-written the screenplays “Drive Time” and “Shady Hills” with Barbara Hobart. As you can see, there appears to be nothing funny at all about her background. Therefore, “Mommies” comes as a complete and pleasant surprise to her friends and family. BARBARA HOBART (“Mommy #1”, Creator, Executive Producer) Ms. Hobart, a graduate of Second City in Chicago, is a writer and producer whose credits range from the stage (her play "Games" was showcased Off- Broadway at Playwrights Horizons) to television (NBC's "The Single Guy,” among others). Under her development deal with MCA/Universal she co-created and produced the television series "What A Dummy." She served as Story Editor on the comedy series "9 To 5." During her tenure on that series, Ms. Hobart was awarded the prestigious AGLA Award (predecessor to GLAAD) for co-writing the episode "One of the Girls." In her spare time, Ms. Hobart is the owner of HomePlates Worldwide LLC, an international company which manufactures and designs decorative light switch covers for the US, the United Kingdom, and Australia & New Zealand. ANDY GUERDAT (“Dr. Andy,” Co-Executive Producer) is a comedy writer/producer whose credits include “Head of the Class,” “9 to 5,” “Sister, Sister,” “Boy Meets World,” “Empty Nest,” and “Herman’s Head,” which he co-created. He has written for comedy talents ranging from Robin Williams to Screech. His humor has appeared in The Los Angeles Times. Mr. Guerdat currently writes for the animated series “W.I.T.C.H.” on ABC, the new “George Of The Jungle” on Cartoon Network, “Higglytown Heroes” on Disney Channel, and many other -- and worse -- shows. FRANK MOLIERI (Director of Animation) Born and raised in Nicaragua, Frank Molieri immigrated to the U. S. to attend UCLA. He began his career at Don Bluth’s Sullivan-Bluth Studios, animating on features including Rock-A-Doodle and The Pebble and the Penguin. He later worked on other features, such as Once Upon a Forest and The Pagemaster, for Hanna-Barbera feature animation, and Ralph Bakshi's Cool World. After becoming a director for Warner Bros. Classic Animation, Frank was made creative producer on the CW Kids’ WB #1-rated show, Tom and Jerry Tales. Other credits include supervising animator on the Loony Tunes feature Back In Action, and SpongeBob SquarePants: The Movie. Most recently Frank finished a prime-time pilot, Sit Down Shut Up, which has gone to series. MICHAEL ORLAND (Composer) is currently the Pianist, Arranger and Associate Musical Director for the hit FOX-TV series AMERICAN IDOL. Through this amazing opportunity, Michael has appeared on OPRAH, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, and THE WAYNE BRADY SHOW, and has collaborated with music industry giants such as Burt Bacharach, Neil Sedaka, and Diane Warren, to mention just a few. He also served in the same capacity for the successful summer series AMERICAN JUNIORS and has Associate Produced two hit singles (GOD BLESS THE U.S.A. and WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW IS LOVE) for AMERICAN IDOL as well as the hit compilation CD from AMERICAN JUNIORS. LINDA (“Linda”) She is Barbara and Cheryl's cat. She is an only child. Dr. Andy is helping her with this issue. The implication, perhaps, was that it needed to be tamed. In 1649, Oliver Cromwell’s New Model Army invaded Ireland on behalf of the Commonwealth of England, leading to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Irish people. The Army also appointed professional hunters to cull the country’s wolves. Cromwell’s men captured the walled city of Kilkenny, which was surrounded by forests full of wolves and was home to as many superstitions about them. In traditional animation Cartoon Animation, images are drawn or painted by hand on transparent celluloid sheets to Cartoon Animation photographed and exhibited on film. Today, most animations are made with computer-generated imagery CGI. Computer animation can be very detailed 3D animationwhile 2D computer animation can be used for stylistic reasons, low bandwidth or faster real-time renderings. Other common animation methods apply a stop motion technique to two and three-dimensional objects like paper cutoutspuppets or clay figures. Commonly the effect of animation is achieved by a rapid succession of sequential images that minimally Cartoon Animation from each other. The illusion—as in motion pictures in general—is thought to rely on the phi phenomenon and beta movementbut the exact causes are still uncertain. Television and video are popular electronic animation media that originally were analog and now operate digitally. For display on the computer, techniques like animated GIF and Flash animation were developed. Animation is more pervasive than many people realize. Apart from short filmsfeature Cartoon Animationtelevision series, animated GIFs and other media dedicated to the display of moving images, animation is also prevalent in video gamesmotion graphicsuser interfaces and visual effects. The physical movement of image parts through simple mechanics—in for instance moving images in magic lantern shows—can also be considered animation. The mechanical manipulation of three-dimensional puppets and objects to emulate living beings has a very long history in automata.

Spike is a grey bulldog that appears in many episodes of Tom and Jerry. He is a friend of Jerry and a rival of Tom, however, sometimes he is a rival of both like the episode Dog Trouble. He hates Tom because in the episodes that Spike appears, fights Tom is chasing Jerry around but ends up giving Spike or his son, Tyke, a bad day. Obviously, whenever Spike tells Tom not to do a certain thing (ex. dirtying Tyke), Jerry does his best to get Tom in trouble (in the example, Jerry would get Tyke as dirty as possible). Tom Cat's son is his foe and hero. Spike also appeared in some of the recent cartoons featuring a basset hound called Droopy, another popular MGM cartoon character. He's also in Tom and Jerry Tales. He appeared in most episodes, in "Catfish Follies", he is a dogfish and also in "Zent Out of Shape" where he is similar to Godzilla. He also beats Jerry occasionally this probably that Spike finally notices it was Jerry who was actually really responsible for bothering his son, stealing his bones and getting disturbed and injured that Jerry caused on him and messing up his son. You can also see Spike in Mickey Mouse, but as Butch the Bulldog. Contents Appearance Spike has grey skin, a red dog leash and a anchored tatoo on his left upper arm as seen in "Quiet Please!".
