For each additional crew joining the vessel at the start of the rally there is an additional cost of AUD$75 per person. Crew joining after clearance out of Australia are not subject to this fee but will also not receive the crew's goodie bag. The rally fee is payable along with your submission your formal Rally Registration. Should full payment or documentation not be received by 1st April 2017 your rally entry will become a "Late entry" and may be subject to additional charges.

LATE ENTRY. - Entries received after 1st April, may, at the discretion of Rally Control, incur a late entry fee of $100AUD. Entries received prior to this date will be processed as a group. Late entries may require to be processed individually. Late entries may also not receive their processed documents back prior to arrival at Cairns where application will need to be made for Social Visas and sent or emailed to Sydney for processing. These entrants will need to await their approved visas in Cairns before departing for the Torres Strait. Yachts sailing direct from other ports. Boats opting to sail from Port Moresby; we will forward by courier your rally pack to the Royal Papua Yacht Club, Port Moresby. We will endeavour to get this to you prior to your depar- ture from POM but is subject to courier and clearance into PNG. Single Handers Registrations from single hander's will be accepted only on agreement to adhere to strict safety and reporting protocols.
