On Wednesday 5th June Ian Charity is arranging a LunchMog meeting at the Twenty Churchwardens at Cockley Cley. We went there a couple of years ago and had a great and entertaining lunch; the landlady has a rather wicked sense of humour! Watch the Forum and Miscellany for further details.

As previously mentioned, the Treasure Hunt will take place now on Sunday 9th June. Meet at the On Wednesday 1st May we will hold our first Parson Woodforde in Weston Longville at 10:30 for evening noggin (EveNogMog) at the Swan, Hoxne, coffee and instructions then depart at about 11:00, just south of the /Suffolk border near . returning for lunch at 12:30 to sit down by 13:00.

The FolkMog Gymkhana will take place on Sunday 14th July (as long as the weather behaves this summer) at Whiteford Hall Farm, just south-east of Norwich. The grass isn’t quite as smooth or as short as the paddock we have been used to, but the field we have been lent, thanks to Terry & Liz Humphrey, friends of Caroline, is big, so we can lay out all of the tests (we have six for you) at the same time and, that being the case, we don’t have to start so early.

Terry is very enthusiastic about having the event there and we’re hoping someone will lend him a car to have a go. We will begin at about 11:00 am. Bring a picnic, but we will have our caravan there so coffee and tea will be available and there may be some space in Three-wheelers at Mendham; Maurice & Eileen’s the fridge for your cold drinks too. Cook’s on the left, Terry & Sandra Hunt’s new car on the right (Maurice Cook) In addition to our usual series of exercises, there will also be a timed test this year to add a bit of spice - Advance booking is required but the menu is not nothing drastic, MSA only let us time it to 5 seconds, available yet; watch the Forum for further information in but something we haven’t done before, which we hope due course. will be fun.
