All pupils will take part in a learning conference with their parents & teacher during Week 3 Term 3. Each appointment will last for 15 minutes to allow time for discussion to take place. Appointments will be held over two days on: • Tuesday 4 August from 2.30 pm – 7.30 pm • Wednesday 5 August from 2.30 pm – 6.30 pm This will be an opportunity for pupils to share aspects of their current learning in Reading, Writing & Mathematics with their parents and will take the form of a discussion between pupil and parent with the teacher facilitating the discussion. Parents are asked to bring their child’s most recent school report to the learning conference. We encourage all parents to attend, as this is a valuable opportunity to hear all about your child’s learning. The Board of Trustees has approved that school may finish early at 2pm on both these days to enable the learning conferences to start at 2.30 pm. If parents require supervision for their child at school until 3pm, please let the school office know.
