Istraživanje Tržišta Tiska U 2017
Agencija za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja Zagreb, listopad 2018. Istraživanje tržišta tiska u 2017. Agencija za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja provela je ispitivanje tržišta tiska u Republici Hrvatskoj u 2017., s ciljem utvrđivanja tržišnih udjela poduzetnika koji djeluju na tom tržištu, kako bi raspolagala bazom podataka s naglaskom na strukturi konkretnog tržišta. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćeni poduzetnici iz Upisnika o izdavanju i distribuciji tiska sukladno Zakonu o medijima, koji vodi Hrvatska gospodarska komora (HGK), a uzorak u istraživanju predstavljala su ukupno 43 novinska nakladnika i distributera tiska. Analizom su obuhvaćena tržišta naklade tiska (općeinformativni dnevnici i tjednici), tržišta oglašavanja u općeinformativnim dnevnicima i tjednicima te tržišta trgovine tiskom na području Republike Hrvatske. Tržišni udjeli poduzetnika na mjerodavnim tržištima utvrđeni su temeljem prodanih naklada izraženih u primjercima tiskovina, odnosno prihoda koji su poduzetnici ostvarili na tržištu oglašavanja, trgovinom na veliko tiskom i tržištu trgovine na malo tiskom. Neovisno o tome je li riječ o elektroničkim ili tiskanim medijima, glavni izvor financiranja medija su prihodi od oglašavanja. Stoga se, kod određivanja mjerodavnog tržišta, u pravilu utvrđuje i tržište oglašavanja te je isto obuhvaćeno ovim istraživanjem. Pravni okvir Tržište tiska u Republici Hrvatskoj regulirano je Zakonom o medijima (ZoM) kao osnovnim propisom. Tim se propisom između ostaloga, uređuje način zaštite tržišnog natjecanja na području javnog informiranja. ZoM utvrđuje -

Its success was built on a portfolio of highly commercial TV animated work that did not conform to a ‘house-style’ and allowed for more creative practice in television and feature projects (Mazurkewich, 1999, pp. 104–115). 3 . 194 EHNIČKA DOGAĐAJNICA I RADNIČKA INTIMA Brodogradilište Uljanik u dokumentarnim TfilmovimaKolos s Jadrana, Berge Istra i Godine hrđe Andrea Matošević Fakultet za interdisciplinarne, talijanske i kulturološke studije, etnološka tribina 41, vol. 48, 2018., str. 194-212 48, 2018., str. 41, vol. tribina etnološka Centar za kulturološka i povijesna istraživanja socijalizma, Sveučilište Jurja Dobrile u Puli U radu se analiziraju dokumentarni filmovi Kolos s Jadrana i Berge Istra snimljeni 1972. godine u pulskom brodogradilištu Uljanik s temom krštenja, odnosno porinuća i spajanja krmenog i pramčanog dijela najvećeg i najkompleksnijeg broda dotad izgrađenog u nekom jadranskom brodogradilištu. Takav tehnički i poslovni uspjeh utjecao je na neobaziranje na radničku svakodnevnicu graditelja broda, pa i na neobaziranje na probleme tijekom njegove izgradnje, te je sadržaj u tim filmovima gotovo u potpunosti, s ponekim značajnim odma- kom, posvećen idealtipskom prikazu. Sasvim inverznu realnost prikazuje film Godine hrđe snimljen u Uljaniku 2000. godine, gdje je teška svakodnevnica radnika kooperanata u pot- punosti zaklonila govor o objektu, brodu koji bi – uspješno izgrađen – ujedno radnike imao učiniti zadovoljnim pojedincima. U radu se, pored analize zasebnih politika prikazivanja filmova različitih perioda, zagovara i komplementarnost tih uradaka. Ključne riječi: brodogradilište Uljanik, Kolos s Jadrana, Berge Istra, Godine hrđe, dokumentarni filmovi Uvod1 U povijest se Pule, najvećeg istarskog grada čiji je cjelokupni suvremeni razvoj ne- odvojiv od vojne i industrijske umještenosti u njegovo priobalno tkivo, datumi 15. siječnja i 2. svibnja 1972. godine upisuju s posebnim značajem. Iako se nikada nakon te 1972. nisu i službeno obilježavali kao značajni na lokalnoj ili republičkoj razini, tih je dana, a radilo se o suboti i utorku, razbijanjem boce šampanjca o krmu kršten i iz pulske luke – zbog svoje veličine – remorkerima otegljen dotad najveći i najkom- pleksniji brod ikada proizveden u nekom hrvatskom i jugoslavenskom brodogradili- štu. -

May 15, 2018 Creators of Film and Television Music NEWSLETTER A n E n t e r t a i n m e n t I n d u s t r y O r g a n i z a t i on The President’s Corner Journey’s End from Charley Londoño My term as president of the California Copyright Conference (“CCC”) has been one of the most rewarding and fast-moving periods of my life. When I was elected as president, I spoke about (1) increasing membership; (2) increasing the visibility of the John Braheny Scholarship Fund; and (3) providing quality panels with interesting topics. Rarely is reality better than the dream. However, in this case, I believe, collectively as an organization, the CCC surpassed imagination. I wish space permitted me to list all of the accomplishments with specificity, but, I think the growth in membership, increased donations to the scholarship fund, and increased attendance at our panels, speaks volumes of the CCC’s accomplishments. Moreover, to add to the CCC’s accomplishments, the Apollo Awards, as well as the CCC’s Mentorship/Ambassador program, were both launched this year and have now become staples of the CCC’s initiatives. No one succeeds in this business without the help of others, and, I would like to thank the CCC’s officers, board, and members for a successful year.
