In 2006 there were 15 events held across MK – this year we have 151 events to showcase our distinctive and world class heritage, arts and culture. All organisers will follow Covid-19 Government Guidance at the time and after a long period of uncertainty for the sector it is more important than ever to support your local heritage and culture. The national theme this year is Edible England and this icon highlights those 18 events. From the 10th to the 19th of September there are TEN DAYS of unmissable events taking place, including many activities for children and families. There are opportunities to come along to exhibitions, workshops, walks and tours, open days, craft events and performances. Suitable for all ages. And ALL events will be FREE . Hassan1 © Springer Science+Business Media New York 2015 Abstract Mobile app stores provide a unique platform for developers to rapidly deploy new updates of their apps. We studied the frequency of updates of 10,713 mobile apps (the top free 400 apps at the start of 2014 in each of the 30 categories in the Google Play store). We find that a small subset of these apps (98 apps representing ˜1 % of the studied apps) are updated at a very frequent rate — more than one update per week and 14 % of the studied apps are updated on a bi-weekly basis (or more frequently). We observed that 45 % of the frequently-updated apps do not provide the users with any information about the rationale for the new updates and updates exhibit a median growth in size of 6 %. This paper provides information regarding the update strategies employed by the top mobile apps. The results of our study show that 1) developers should not shy away from updating their apps very frequently, however the frequency varies across store categories. 2) Developers do not need to be too concerned about detailing the content of new updates. It appears that users are not too concerned about such information. 3) Users highly rank frequently-updated apps instead of being annoyed about the high update frequency. General Context Milton Keynes Council 1 General Context Picture 1 St Peter and St Paul's from Tickford Bridge Introduction 1.1 Conservation areas are places of special architectural or historic interest, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or Newport Pagnell Conservation Area Review enhance(1). Newport Pagnell was first designated as a conservation area by Buckinghamshire County Council in 1969 and last reviewed in 1996. In 2009 the conservation area was extended to include the surviving former Aston Martin works buildings on Tickford Street. Map 1 'Newport Pagnell: Conservation Area Boundary and Listed Buildings' shows the extent of the revised boundary. Map 7 'Amendments to the Conservation Area Boundary (27.7.10)' illustrates the additions to the1996 designation and 2009 south Picture 2 Shops on the High Street eastward extension arising from the review. 1.2 To protect the character and appearance of the conservation area a character statement is written that identifies and describes those features that are of special interest or which contribute to local character (see 2 'Local Character and Appearance' ).

    PUBLIC NOTICE THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF MILTON KEYNES (WOLVERTON ROAD, NEWPORT PAGNELL) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes has on 8th June 2021 made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the above-named Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering, waiting or proceeding along Wolverton Road, Newport Pagnell (at the M1 bridge) between Little Linford Lane roundabout and Giffard Park Roundabout. in order to enable Highways England to carry out the following essential works as part of the ‘M1 T3 smart motorway’ project: (1) Installation of temporary protection above the road, (2) Installation of environmental barrier panels to the bridge parapets, (3) Removal of the temporary protection above the road and in the interest of public safety. The affected length of road will be closed between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm every day (Monday to Friday) between 14th June 2021 and 9th July 2021. The road will be re-opened to the public during the hours of 4:30pm and 9:30am (Monday – Friday) and fully opened at weekends. Alternative routes (whilst Wolverton Road is closed): Motorists: The alternative route will be via Brickhill Street (V10), Monks Way (H3) and Marsh End Road (Vice Versa).
