Tarn-and- is one of the wildest departments of Occitania region where food, gastronomy and traditions are part of daily life. Admire beautiful medieval heritage such as city or the villages of Bruniquel and Saint Antonin Noble val.

In the morning, meet your guide and visit the charming city of Montauban, main city of -and –Garonne. The city was built during the 12th century in between three rivers: Tarn, Tescou and Garrigue. Middle Ages used to be its most important period during which the city extended and monuments were built: the Old Bridge, The St Jacques church or its sumptuous cathedral. Tempted by Catharism, it would finally become one of the high places of Protestantism.

Lunch: traditional lunch in a nearby restaurant.

In the afternoon, Drive along the Aveyron valley to reach two beautiful medieval villages, Bruniquel and Saint Antoine Noble Val. Bruniquel was built over a hill and its castle still overlooks the Aveyron River. The village keeps its medieval center, the medieval gate, its cobbled streets, its lovely squares. A perfect place for a stroll or to let your mind dreams. Saint Antonin Noble Val was a village that developed thanks to the presence of an abbey already known in the 9th century. Through the medieval streets, you can admire the façades of medieval houses and private mansions.
