We present the ‘Contactless’ model, a comprehensive operational tool including a plurality of services delivered remotely, structured according to a complexity gradient, aimed to cover diagnostic procedures and monitor disease progression in chronic pediatric patients. Methods: A multidisciplinary and multiprofessional project team was recruited, in collaboration with patients’ associations, to map a panel of available Evidence-Based solutions and address individual needs in full respect of the concept of personalized medicine. The solutions include a number of services from videoconsultations to more structure videotraining sessions. Results: A modular framework made up of four three Macro-levels of complexity - Contactless Basic, Intermediate and Advanced - was displayed as an incremental set of services and operational planning establishing each phase, from factors influencing eligibility to the delivery of the most accurate and complex levels of care. -

One of the most mysterious pages in the history of Natuzza Evolo, is the investigation conducted by the official Church of the time in the early months of 1940, after a long series of inexplicable events experienced by Natuzza when she was just a girl and was already working as a servant. The main concern of the Church at that time was the confidence shown by Natuzza when sharing her conversations with the Virgin Mary with her hosts, and that she seemed to know a lot about the afterlife and the world of the dead, which Natuzza claimed she could get in touch with. The most impressive thing was the detailed descriptions she could give to the relatives of the dead with whom she spoke. She could tell what they were wearing in the coffin after their death. On one occasion, Natuzza was able to tell what color the skirt of a woman who had died twenty years earlier was and even describe its pattern. On another occasion, she described the color and cut of the suit worn by a local notable when he was buried.In Paravati, the small town where Natuzza was born and lived her entire life, people still remember that number of faithful rushing in her home to ask about their loved ones, to find out if “they were okay”, to ask her if “there was something they could do for them”. -

This means that such hatefulness as “0.333. ” for 1/3 and “0.1666. ” for 1/6 are things of the past, replaced by easy “0;4” (four twelfths) and “0;2” (two twelfths). In dozenal, counting goes “one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, elv, dozen; dozen one, dozen two, dozen three, dozen four, dozen five, dozen six, dozen seven, dozen eight, dozen nine, dozen ten, dozen elv, two dozen, two dozen one. ” It’s written as such: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, X, E, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 1X, 1E, 20, 21... Dozenal counting is at once much more efficient and much easier than decimal counting, and takes only a little bit of time to get used to. MARRIAGE AND THE FAMILY WITHIN THE SACRAMENTALITY OF THE CHURCH: CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES* CARDINAL MARC OUELLET “The new openings for a pastoral approach based on mercy must take place within the continuity of the Church’s doctrinal tradition, which is itself an expression of divine mercy.” INTRODUCTION The upcoming Extraordinary Synod of Bishops on the theme of the family is sparking unprecedented interest in the Church due to the urgency and gravity of the pastoral problems concerned as well as the hopes and expectations expressed in response to preparatory consultations. * This address was originally presented at the Opening Act of the Judicial Year of the Ecclesiastical Tribunal of Valencia (Valencia, Spain, 27 March 2014). Communio 41 (Summer 2014). © 2014 by Communio: International Catholic Review MARRIAGE AND THE FAMILY WITHIN THE CHURCH 227 Already during Vatican Council II, the Pastoral Con- stitution Gaudium et spes placed marriage and the family at the forefront of the urgent issues of our age.1 Since the publication of the encyclical Humanae Vitae, the 1980 Synod on the family, and John Paul II’s rich teaching on this subject,2 the Church has not ceased to follow with growing concern the evolution of mores and mentalities away from the heritage transmitted by biblical revelation and the Christian tradition. Pope Francis has compared the Church’s mission in the contemporary world to a “field hospital” that treats the many wounded strewn about a battlefield.3 The image per- fectly describes the situation of marriage and the family, which for several decades has experienced a serious deteriora- tion not only on the level of couples’ lived experience but also in legislation contrary to the traditional values of the family, promoted by groups of lobbyists who favor the dominant rela- tivistic mentality. -

TOMASZ BAĆ The Renewal of the Ambrosian and the Hispano-Mozarabic Liturgy after the Second Vatican Council The renewal of the liturgy and its general reform made after the Second Vatican Council generally concerns the Roman Rite, which all instruc- tions of the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy Sacrosanctum Concilium refer to. The conciliar fathers were well aware of the fact that there is a need for renewing other rites and traditions existing in the Church.1 In the introduction to the first conciliar constitution it was stated that: “In faithful obedience to tradition, the sacred Council declares that holy Mother Church holds all lawfully acknowledged rites to be of equal right and dignity; that she wishes to preserve them in the future and to foster them in every way. The Council also desires that, where necessary, the rites be revised carefully in the light of sound tradition, and that they be given new vigor to meet the circumstances and needs of modern times” (Constitution Sacrosanctum Concilium, 4).
