If it does not have the patent right, it shall be authorized by the owner for ammonia patent; the patented equipment and patented technology provided by the bidder shall submitted the invention validity patent certificate (a copy of the first page of the invention patent certificate). 3.5.The bidder must have no less than 5 references(stable running more than a year) with new complete sets of low-pressure ammonia synthesis plants (synthetic pressure less than 15MPa) and design capacity more than 1,200 MTD and these plants had already running at full load operation at home and abroad (excluding reconstruction and expansion projects),The starting up time for these plants starting from 2010 year shall prevail. The bidder shall provide including but not limited to a copy of the contract homepage and signature page, a copy of the full load test running report or the full load certificate issued by the running plant related department, and the relevant contact personal of these referred plant. 3.6.Given the downstream super heater configuration the new ammonia plant is very important for this project, the bidder shall have 5 sets of ammonia plants with stable running more than a year (Synthetic pressure less than 15MPa) with capacity more than 1000MTD , which also need to provide the certification issued by relevant departments of the user's plant 3.7.The bidder shall have at least one set of low-pressure ammonia synthesis plant with a service life of more than 15 years for the internal parts of the ammonia synthesis tower and a design capacity of more than 1000MTD, and provide a certificate from the relevant department of the user's plant. 3.8.The bidder has good bank credit, good financial status, and has the ability to execute contracts 3.9.the consortium bid shall be rejected.
