The ice cream truck's jingle is loud. A YOUNG GIRL, around 6-7 years old, in a green t-shirt, purple pants, and a baseball cap, pokes a stick into an anthill on the dried up front lawn of the worn house. She isn't smiling. QUINN (V.O.) When does love stop being love? When the ones we love hurt us most. The kids in front of the ice cream truck get their treats and leave with their parents. A BOY, same age as the girl, walks by the front lawn eating ice cream with a FRIEND of the same age. The friend kicks the mailbox as they stop in front of the house gate as the girl pokes the anthill. BOY That's where the Little Looney and her crazy family live. The boy and his friend call out in a teasing tone. BOY/FRIEND Little Looney! The girl hears. She is visibly hurt by the teasing.

Queen’s National Model United Nations Conference Kingston, Ontario February 28th-March 2nd 2019 QUEEN’S NATIONAL MODEL UNITED NATIONS CONFERENCE Letter from the Director Hello delegates, My name is Brendan Nugara and I am the director for the Injustice League committee. This committee is inspired by the characters of DC comics, mainly the Assembly of Supervillains, commonly known as the Injustice League, but also as the Legion of Doom. I chose this committee due to my love for DC comics growing up and today, I’m definitely team DC over team Marvel. While this may be an unpopular opinion, I hope it doesn't sway your opinion of this committee. My goal for this committee is for you to enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
