of Power with Ducks Unlimited

Washington, D.C. is the most important city in the world. By special arrangement, you can enjoy a rare opportunity to join Ducks Unlimited’s governmental affairs professionals on a unique visit to Capitol Hill, the home of the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Once there, we’ll bring the group up close and personal to interact with members of Congress.

The bus will leave the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront and go directly to a Capitol Hill office building where members of Congress have their offices. Once inside, we’ll enjoy a private insider briefing with several congressmen supportive of Ducks Unlimited’s work. We’ll likely get some very informed intelligence about what’s in store for conservation as we approach the upcoming presidential election. Following our briefing, we’ll have a catered power lunch.

On the way back to Baltimore, we’ll provide you with a driving tour of important D.C. buildings and monuments. You will see the White House, the Washington Monument, Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, and have a view of the new World War II Memorial.

Be a part of this unique opportunity to see our nation’s finest sights as well as learn directly from our country’s leaders about the public policy side of conservation and sportsmen’s issues.

Due to some restrictions, this tour is limited to adults only.

The best way to continue to improve these habitats for waterfowl and the other 2,600 wildlife species that live in this watershed is to improve water quality through wetland, upland and riparian buffer restoration.
