On 28th November 2018, I filed Writ Petition in Gujarat High Court seeking Judicial Direction to the Chief Election Commissioner, Election Commission of India, New Delhi to Reply to the Complaints filed by me with the Constitutitional Body since April 2018 to Confirm whether the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) deployed in India to conduct the elections can be Hacked or Not. I have sought categorical confirmation - Yes or No - by the CEC.
I do not have any Advocate and I am constrained to File this particular Writ as Party in Person with repeated refusals for Legal Aid, to the economically poor concerned citizen, by Gujarat High Court and Supreme Court of India during the last few years.
Kindly ensure that I get due intimation on the hearings, well before the time by Email, to enable me to attend these hearings of this Writ by the Gujarat High Court.
