Expenses to be paid by Special Olympics, Project Code 833. 13. Midwest City High School boys’ team to compete in an Invitational basketball tournament in Jenks, OK, on January 21-23, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds. 14. Midwest City High School team to compete in a baseball tournament in Owasso, OK, on March 10-12, 2016. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds. 15. Annessa Parker, Midwest City High School coach, and Tracy Roberts-Hoover, Jarman Middle School volleyball coach, to attend the 2016 Kansas City Volleyball Clinic in Kansas City, MO, on January 22-

Midwest City High School boys’ basketball team competed in the Tournament of Champions in Tulsa, OK, on December 27-30, 2015. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization Funds and hotel rooms were provided by the Tournament. This was Board approved for December 28-30, 2015, on November 9, 2015. They traveled a day early due to inclement weather. Confirmation 17. Del City High School Lady Eagles basketball team competed in the Ardmore Holiday tournament in Ardmore, OK, on December 29-31, 2015. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 908, Sanctioned Organization Funds, personal funds and donations. This was Board approved for travel dates of December 28-30, 2015, on November 9, 2015. The dates were changed due to inclement weather. Confirmation 18. Carl Albert High School boys’ basketball competed in the Ardmore Holiday Classic basketball tournament in Ardmore, OK, on December 29- 31, 2015. Expenses are to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 909-Boys’ Basketball and Sanctioned Organization Funds-Tip in Club. This trip was Board approved for travel dates of December 28-30, 2015, on November 9, 2015. The dates were changed due to inclement weather. Confirmation 19. Midwest City High School girls’ basketball team competed in the Sapulpa Basketball Tournament on December 29-31, 2015, in Sapulpa, OK. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 865-Athletics and Sanctioned Organization Funds. This trip was Board approved for travel dates of December 28-30, 2015, on October 12, 2015. The dates were changed due to inclement weather. Confirmation 20. Midwest City High School DECA to compete at the 2016 DECA State Career Development Conference in Tulsa, OK, on February 9-10, 2016. Expenses to be paid by School Activity Funds, Project Code 942-DECA, personal funds and donations.

E. Vote to approve the Health Careers’ Job Shadowing Agreement between Mid- Del Technology Center and Walgreens.

F. Vote to approve the Health Careers’ Job Shadowing Agreement between Mid- Del Technology Center and Mercy Health Oklahoma Communities.

III. Recognitions A. School Board Recognition Month – Dr. Cobb B. Congratulations to Rick Cobb and Malinda Dennison for winning Educational Blog Awards. Fixing the amount of bonds to mature each year B. Fixing the time and place the bonds are to be sold C. Authorizing the clerk to give notice of said sale as required by law

VI. Consider bids and select a paying agent/registrar for the District’s $2,465,000 General Obligation Building Bonds, Series 2016B. – Mr. Zack Robinson

VII. Vote to approve or not approve a one-time stipend for the 2015-16 Teacher of the Year (4) finalists in the amount of $500.00 per finalist and a one-time stipend for the District Teacher of the Year in the amount of $1,000.00. – Dr. Cobb

VIII. Vote to approve or not approve ACE Remediation Plan. – Mrs. Dunn

X. Maintenance A. Vote to approve or not approve change orders and bids/requests to purchase for the Maintenance and Construction Department: – Mr. Conceicao 1. Recommend Board approval of Curbing Solutions for the purchase and installation of two (2) steel awnings at Kerr Middle School for a total amount of $32,400.00 (Bid Proposal #1606). Proposal includes all necessary labor and materials for complete installation. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 33, Project Code 099.
