OFFICIAL Performance Officer Flexible Grade 6: £34,859 Ref No: R269/20 “This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Performance Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring that the ICT function is delivering the effective services required to support our operational Policing colleagues in keeping the people of Scotland safe” David Gillen, ICT Lifetime Process Manager Police Scotland’s ICT Department is embarking on an ambitious programme to implement a range of 'enabling' technologies in support of operational policing. We are looking to recruit a Performance Officer to support the delivery of a range of innovative developments, including National Integrated Command and Control System and the migration to the new Emergencies Services Network. OFFICIAL OFFICIAL You must will be educated to HND/Degree level in an IT related subject. Where no formal qualification exists a minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience in performance, risk or project management as well as previous exposure to improving and maintaining balanced scorecards from a perspective relevant to the role as detailed on the Job Description is essential. Additionally, you will have experience of managing internal/external stakeholders and possess excellent communication and planning skills, as well as experience of continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques. You will require to have significant proven experience in a similar role within an ICT function. This full time post is Permanent and requires Management Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
