RED Talk Saturday, November 5th, 7pm Location: TBD Estimated attendance: 550 students, 50 alumni This year, the Homecoming speaker event will feature Anders Holm, Class of 2003. Anders is a screenwriter, actor and comedian known for his role on Workaholics, The Mindy Project and The Intern. Anders will speak to his journey from a history major swimming at UW to Hollywood celebrity.

A Capella Showcase presented by Homecoming and BadgerThon Sunday, November 6th, time TBD Location: Shannon Hall, Memorial Union Estimated Attendance: 900 students Directorate and Homecoming have teamed up for the second event of Homecoming week! Enjoy some of campus’s favorite a cappella groups including Tangled Up in Blue, Redefined and the Madhatters.

Homecoming Kickoff Monday, November 7th, time TBD Location: Library Mall Estimated Attendance: 2,000-3,000 students This free, drop-in pep rally features free food, , and festivities to get campus pumped for Homecoming Week.

Badger Games presented by Homecoming and RecSports Tuesday, November 8th, time TBD Location: SERF Estimated Attendance: 800 students The SERF hosts this year’s favorite games like bubble soccer, relay races and tug of war. Students can join as Greeks, dorm groups or with their whole student org.

Blood Drive Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, November 8-10, 10am-5pm Location: Ogg Hall Estimated Attendance: 1500 students, faculty and staff Donate blood during Homecoming Week on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 10-5 in Ogg Hall.

Light of the Moon 5K: Presented by Homecoming and RecSports Wednesday, November 9th, 7:30pm (staggered start times) Location: Dejope Residence Hall (starting line, along Lake Shore Path) Estimated Attendance: 900 students, 100 alumni This run / walk will get that Badger blood pumping! Grab some friends and a pair of running shoes for the glow-in-the-dark Homecoming 5k! Run, walk or jog along the illuminated Lake Shore Path, topping off the event with a late-night breakfast served lakeside.

Badger Huddle Saturday, November 12th, 12pm-2pm Location: Wisconsin Field House Estimated Attendance: Up to 800 An indoor Badger pre-game tailgate event to cheer on the as they battle Illinois on Homecoming.

Parade Friday, November 10th, 5pm Location: (Gilman to Lake) Estimated Attendance: 10,000 students, alumni and community members Don’t forget about one of Homecoming Week’s longest standing traditions, the parade! Check out UW students, athletes and alumni as they strut their stuff down State Street in true Badger spirit!
