Programme Empowering Tomorrow’s Finance Leaders ABOUT Future CFO supports high-performing middle and senior Finance professionals to navigate the next steps in their career through a programme of mentoring, networking, Leader Forums and career development support. PROGRAMME GOALS By the end of the programme you will have: • Benefitted from learning directly from an experienced mentor • Established a new network of peers and become part of the Future CFO Alumni • Broadened your knowledge through engaging with senior leaders • Increased your understanding of the career market and career paths • Achieved greater clarity and guidance on your career plan. Future Programme Empowering Tomorrow’s Finance Leaders THE PROGRAMME The programme consists of the following components: MENTORING You will be matched with a mentor for a 12-month period. This is an opportunity to grow by learning directly from an experienced Finance leader and receiving personalised feedback to help you achieve your aspirations. Hunter Campbell will ensure this relationship is well matched and set for success. NETWORKING & ALUMNI Through Future CFO, you will build connections among like-minded peers and successful leaders and you will join the Future CFO Alumni. LEADER FORUMS You will have the opportunity to hear career stories from experienced CFOs and insights from business leaders at four Leader Forums. Guest speakers for 2020 include Dan Balasoglou (CFO, Lotto New Zealand), Brad Olsen (Senior Economist, Infometrics), Anna Davis (Deputy CFO, Tower Insurance), Charles Widdicombe (Director M&A Advisory, KPMG), Cherise Barrie (former CFO, Heartland Bank) and Simon Jones (CFO, healthAlliance). Leader Forum dates for 2020 are: • Session 1: 7.00am – 9.15am, Wednesday 19 August • Session 2: 7.00am – 9.15am, Tuesday 22 September • Session 3: 7.00am – 9.15am, Wednesday 21 October • Session 4: 7.00am – 9.15am, Tuesday 17 November CAREER SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT You will receive career planning guidance and practical support including CV and interview preparation advice as well as insights into the employment market. Future Programme Empowering Tomorrow’s Finance Leaders COST • $2,000 for company sponsored participants • $1,500 for individual participants Hunter Campbell is also able to sponsor participants so please get in touch if cost is a barrier. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Applications are welcome from professionals who are CA or CPA qualified with post qualification experience. Selected participants will be expected to fully commit to the programme, attending all mentoring sessions and Leader Forums. HOW TO APPLY The application period is open now until Friday 7 August 2020. ABOUT US The Future CFO Programme is provided by Hunter Campbell, an Auckland-based search and recruitment firm specialising in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Procurement. With significant search and recruitment experience, Lee has partnered with some of New Zealand’s largest businesses including Fonterra, Rank Group, Fletcher Building, Rocket Lab, and the New Zealand Superannuation Fund. He has placed some of the most highly regarded industry leaders throughout the Accounting and Finance vertical, including CFOs and Commercial Directors.
