Un dominio de Internet es una red de identificación asociada a un grupo de disposi tivos o equipos conectados a la red Internet. El propósito principal de los nombres de dominio en Internet y del sistema de nomb res de dominio (DNS), es traducir las direcciones IP de cada nodo activo en la r ed, a términos memorizables y fáciles de encontrar. Esta abstracción hace posible que cualquier servicio (de red) pueda moverse de un lugar geográfico a otro en la red Internet, aún cuando el cambio implique que tendrá una dirección IP diferente.1 Sin la ayuda del sistema de nombres de dominio, los usuarios de Internet tendrían que acceder a cada servicio web utilizando la dirección IP del modo (por ejemplo, sería necesario utilizar http://192.0.32.10 en vez de http://example.com). Además, r educiría el número de webs posibles, ya que actualmente es habitual que una misma di rección IP sea compartida por varios dominios. Dominios de nivel superior[editar] Cuando se creó el Sistema de Nombres de Dominio en los años 1980, el espacio de nomb res se dividió en dos grupos. El primero incluye los dominios territoriales, basad os en los dos caracteres de identificación de cada territorio de acuerdo a las abr eviaciones del ISO-3166 (ej. *.do, *.mx), denominados ccTLD (country code top le vel domain o «dominio de nivel superior geográfico»). El segundo grupo incluye dominio s de nivel superior genéricos (gTLD), que representan una serie de nombres y multi organizaciones. Inicialmente, estos dominios fueron: COM, NET, ORG, EDU, GOB y M IL, a los que posteriormente se unieron otros. -

SELECTED WORKS OF CHOKAN VALIKHANOV CHOKAN OF WORKS SELECTED SELECTED WORKS OF CHOKAN VALIKHANOV Pioneering Ethnographer and Historian of the Great Steppe When Chokan Valikhanov died of tuberculosis in 1865, aged only 29, the Russian academician Nikolai Veselovsky described his short life as ‘a meteor flashing across the field of oriental studies’. Set against his remarkable output of official reports, articles and research into the history, culture and ethnology of Central Asia, and more important, his Kazakh people, it remains an entirely appropriate accolade. Born in 1835 into a wealthy and powerful Kazakh clan, he was one of the first ‘people of the steppe’ to receive a Russian education and military training. Soon after graduating from Siberian Cadet Corps at Omsk, he was taking part in reconnaissance missions deep into regions of Central Asia that had seldom been visited by outsiders. His famous mission to Kashgar in Chinese Turkestan, which began in June 1858 and lasted for more than a year, saw him in disguise as a Tashkent mer- chant, risking his life to gather vital information not just on current events, but also on the ethnic make-up, geography, flora and fauna of this unknown region. Journeys to Kuldzha, to Issyk-Kol and to other remote and unmapped places quickly established his reputation, even though he al- ways remained inorodets – an outsider to the Russian establishment. Nonetheless, he was elected to membership of the Imperial Russian Geographical Society and spent time in St Petersburg, where he was given a private audience by the Tsar. Wherever he went he made his mark, striking up strong and lasting friendships with the likes of the great Russian explorer and geographer Pyotr Petrovich Semyonov-Tian-Shansky and the writer Fyodor Dostoyevsky. -

THE NOTION OF “KAZAKHNESS” BEHIND THE SYMBOLIC NATION-BUILDING OF KAZAKHSTAN Narek Mkrtchyan Yerevan State University Abstract The paper deals with the processes of overcoming Russian ‘colonial’ impediments to the creation of symbolic spaces for the emergence of a new national self- consciousness in Kazakhstan. The paper highlights the importance of Nazarbaev’s decision to transfer to and construct a new capital Astana in fostering the ideas of national identity and ethnic belonging. Therefore, an attempt has been made to observe the phenomena of urbanization and reformulation of state symbols in explaining both ethnic and civic mechanisms of influences on people’s consciousness. Additionally, the works of various Kazakh intellectuals and cultural figures have been taken into consideration to examine the notion of Kazakhness and its’ contribution to the development of the Kazakh national identity. Content analysis of architectural design of Astana and state symbols is essential to understand the vision of Kazakhstan’s imagined future. Introduction After the breakdown of the Soviet Empire all post-communist regimes emphasized the role of ethno nationalism in establishing new nation-building projects. The model of Kazakhstan’s nation building is quite unique in terms of harmonious interethnic coexistence of a multiethnic society. Since independence President Nazarbaev initiated serious programs in an effort to start active nation-building processes. As a matter of fact, Nazarbaev’s nation and state building policies are represented for the Kazakhs as a civilizational endeavor. Nazarbaev took Kazakhstan through large scale administrative, legislative, social, economic and political reforms. -

The term is considered to be Eurocentric and used as a synonym for Near East, in opposition to Far East. The corresponding adjective is Middle-Eastern and the derived noun is Middle-Easterner. The largest ethnic group in the middle east are Arabs,[2] with Turks, Turkomans, Persians, Kurds, Azeris, Copts, Jews, Maronites, Assyro-Chaldeans, Circassians, Armenians, Druze and numerous other ethnic groups forming other significant populations. The history of the Middle East dates back to ancient times, and throughout its history, the Middle East has been a major center of world affairs. When discussing ancient history, however, the term Near East is more commonly used. The Middle East is also the historical origin of major religions such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam as well as the less common Baha'i faith, Mandaeism, Druze faith and others. The Middle East generally has an arid and hot climate, with several major rivers providing for irrigation to support agriculture in limited areas, especially in Mesopotamia and the rest of the Fertile Crescent. Many countries located around the Persian Gulf have large quantities of crude oil, which has resulted in much wealth particularly for nations in the Arabian peninsula. -

Haminan Lippumaailma on liputukseen ja lippuhistoriaan keskittyvä puisto- ja näyttelykokonaisuus. Se pyrkii olemaan niin nähtävyys ja tärkeä matkailukohde kuin pedagoginen ja informatiivinen keskus. Lippumaailma avattiin 28.5.2018, jolloin julkistettiin myös ensimmäinen lippupuisto Lipputornin puistossa ja Suomen lipun tie -lippurivistö RUK:n puistossa. Samana päivänä juhlittiin Ha- mina Bastionissa 100-vuotiasta Suomen siniristilippua. Juhlassa kuultiin myös kantaesityksenä utsjokelaisten lasten laulama saamenkielinen Maamme-laulu. Suomen suurlippu meren rannalla juhlistaa Suomen itsenäi- syyden satavuotistaivalta. Sen lahjoittivat ulkovallat satavuo- tiaalle Suomelle ja Suomen kansalle. 100-metrinen suursalko sai pysyvän käyttöluvan joulukuussa 2019. Suurlippu ja lippupuistojen liput liehuvat erityisluvalla joka päivä ympäri vuoden valaistuna. Suurlipun lahjoittajamaiden liput liehuvat lisäksi kesäisin Haminan puistoissa erillisen suun- nitelman mukaan. A. D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Foundation Monitoring Report On Working Conditions in First Instance Courts in Shirak, Gegharkunik, and Syunik Marzes (Regions) Studies were conducted and this Report was elaborated due to the generous financial and technical assistance of the OSCE Office in Yerevan and the Polish Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights Preface The mission of the A. D. Sakharov Armenian Human Rights Foundation is to support the establishment of a civil society in Armenia, to enhance legal awareness of the public, and to protect rights and freedoms of humans and citizens. The organization has three regional branches in Shirak (City of Gyumri), Gegharkunik (City of Gavar), and Syunik (City of Goris). In 2001, representatives of the three branches attended a series of “Monitoring and Human Rights” seminars held in Lusakert by the OSCE Office in Yerevan and the Polish Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights; as a practical follow-up to the seminars, and within the framework of the ongoing judicial reform, they have carried out a “Monitoring of Working Conditions in First Instance Courts” project in the Shirak, Gegharkunik, and Syunik regions of Armenia. The goal of the project was to explore the current conditions in which courts in the regions operate, because the working conditions and infrastructure of the third branch of government are crucial in terms of its stance, its improved role and authority, and guaranteeing the right of citizens to a fair and public trial within a reasonable time, as required under the existing laws. The concept of the judicial reform in the Republic of Armenia was formed under the Constitution adopted in 1995. -
