They continue to carry out essential works in the parish.

Housing Needs Survey – A representative from Warwickshire Rural Community Council (WRCC) was available to answer questions about the recent Housing Survey. She confirmed that any information received will be dealt with anonymously and then destroyed. The deadline for responses is Tuesday 18th September. The survey was not initiated by the Parish Council or by District Council.

Cookhill Village Hall  Race Night – Saturday 6th October. Back by popular demand. Food and bar available. Tickets £8.  Halloween Quiz – Saturday 27th October. Teams of between 4 & 6. Food & bar. Prizes available. Tickets £8.

Planning: the Parish Council has asked Wychavon District Council (WDC) to send notification to us of all planning applications that fall within the parish boundary, these are then discussed at a parish council meeting and the ensuing comments are submitted to WDC. All these applications and comments can be seen online via www.wychavon.gov.uk
