October 31, 2017 Jason Biggs Upgrades with Manhattan Pad October 31, 2017 http://variety.com/2017/dirt/real-estalker/jason-biggs-manhattan-apartment-1202602610/ Jason Biggs Upgrades With Manhattan Pad (EXCLUSIVE) Location: New York City, N.Y. Price: $6.975 million Size: 2,932 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms By Mark David A well-placed little birdie sent word via covert communiqué that “Orange Is the New Black” actor Jason Biggs and writer-actress Jenny Mollen, creator and co-star with Biggs of the autobiographical digital series “I Like You Just the Way I Am,” have substantially upgraded their residential circumstances in lower Manhattan with the just shy of $7 million purchase of a family-size apartment in a discreetly plush, newly converted West Village building. The Biggs-Mollens’ new digs, with double-glazed UV-protected windows and solid oak floors in a classically stylish herringbone pattern, measures in at almost 3,000 square feet with four en suite bedrooms plus a small study and 4.5 bathrooms. The spacious, unconventionally shaped combination living-dining area stretches to 30 feet long, and the open-concept kitchen is finely finished with both exposed and painted mahogany cabinetry. Residents of the building are pampered with an enviable list of luxuries, such as a fully staffed lobby with a fireplace, a courtyard garden, a paneled library curated by Assouline Publishing, a spa with men’s and women’s steam rooms and a fitness facility with a wood-paneled gym, a half-court basketball court and a climbing wall. Biggs and Mollen previously owned a secluded 2.5-acre estate with a hacienda-style residence and guesthouse in the Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills that they snagged in late 2013 for $3.9 million and sold less than two years later for $4.5 million. They’ve maintained a home in lower Manhattan since the fall of 2013, when they shelled out $2.55 million for a 2,200-square- foot loft-style co-op they set out for sale earlier this year at $2.95 million. The price dropped to $2.65 million, and the two-bedroom spread is now in contract to be sold at an unknown price. listing photos and floor plan: Stribling .

    275. – PART ONE 275. Clifford (1994) Okay, here’s the deal: I don’t know you, you don’t know me, but if you are anywhere near a television right now I need you to stop whatever it is that you’re doing and go watch “Clifford” on HBO Max. This is another film that has a 10% score on Rotten Tomatoes which just leads me to believe that all of the critics who were popular in the nineties didn’t have a single shred of humor in any of their non-existent funny bones. I loved this movie when I was seven, and I love it even more when I’m thirty-three. It’s genius. Martin Short (who at the time was forty-four) plays a ten-year-old hyperactive nightmare child from hell. I mean it, this kid might actually be the devil. He is straight up evil, conniving, manipulative and all-told probably causes no less than ten million dollars-worth of property damage. And, again, the plot is so simple – he just wants to go to Dinosaur World. There are so many comedy films with such complicated plots and motivations for their characters, but the simplistic genius of “Clifford” is just this – all this kid wants on the entire planet is to go to Dinosaur World. That’s it. The movie starts with him and his parents on an plane to Hawaii for a business trip, and Clifford knows that Dinosaur Land is in Los Angeles, therefore he causes so much of a ruckus that the plane has to make an emergency landing.

FinalProject 25/08/2018, 930 PM COGS108 Final Project Group Members: Yanyi Wang Ziwen Zeng Lingfei Lu Yuhan Wang Yuqing Deng Introduction and Background Movie revenue is one of the most important measure of good and bad movies. Revenue is also the most important and intuitionistic feedback to producers, directors and actors. Therefore it is worth for us to put effort on analyzing what factors correlate to revenue, so that producers, directors and actors know how to get higher revenue on next movie by focusing on most correlated factors. Our project focuses on anaylzing all kinds of factors that correlated to revenue, for example, genres, elements in the movie, popularity, release month, runtime, vote average, vote count on website and cast etc. After analysis, we can clearly know what are the crucial factors to a movie's revenue and our analysis can be used as a guide for people shooting movies who want to earn higher renveue for their next movie. They can focus on those most correlated factors, for example, shooting specific genre and hire some actors who have higher average revenue. Reasrch Question: Various factors blend together to create a high revenue for movie, but what are the most important aspect contribute to higher revenue? What aspects should people put more effort on and what factors should people focus on when they try to higher the revenue of a movie? http://localhost:8888/nbconvert/html/Desktop/MyProjects/Pr_085/FinalProject.ipynb?download=false Page 1 of 62 FinalProject 25/08/2018, 930 PM Hypothesis: We predict that the following factors contribute the most to movie revenue.
