Here we cater to agencies under Omnicom, where I contributed in producing Award Winning artwork and art that aided in acquiring New Business. Our main intent is to promote upcoming medicine or raise awareness for ones ailments and present what alternatives in treatment exist for that individual through visual storytelling. Not only do I work at our studio in Jersey City but I also travel to NYC to collaborate with art directors and clients for on the spot changes in Art and take part in creative meetings. Together we discuss and estimate project timelines within the budget of our client. And when I am project lead I prepare Creative Briefs that include project summary to share with our staff. On deliverables and pitches that involve more than one artist I ensure that quality is consistent across all artists. I also mentor freelance/staff, provide art direction, and aided artists by creating templates, and established general guidelines and industry standards for 3D production. I have spec’ed out our companies hardware proposing separate builds for 3D and 2D artists. Based on industry trends I research and test new and alternative software to build upon or find new workflows for quality, efficiency, and cost deduction. I have also presented to various clients showcasing our 3D departments capabilities to bring in additional New Business.

09/2014 - 01/2015 Unified Field New York, NY 3D Generalist (freelance) Clients: Marvel, Hero Ventures Contribution: Look dev, Environment artist, Design, Materials, Lighting, FX The Marvel Experience – Gaming AR (PC: Unity) I worked on several interactive experiences including the motion capture games for Hulk, Ironman, and even a wall climbing experience with Spiderman. I was responsible for creating the majority of environmental art, its visual design, modeling, lighting and FX, as well as implementing a PBR workflow within Unity (before that was standardized). I wanted to see how far we can push the graphics and set a new standard for Kinect based mini games. Working hand in hand with programmers we were able to maximize the visuals based on the exhibition hardware while retaining a framerate above 30fps.

I accomplished this through the use of the events logo, repre- senting the Superstars blasting off the winter’s frost. This involved custom materials and a high number of collisions using Maya’s Ncloth and Bullet system. Monday Night RAW – Broadcast 03/2012 - 01/2014 IPKeys LVC Studios Eatontown, NJ 3D Generalist (staff) Clients: JIDO, SPAWAR Contribution: Model, Texture, Materials, Lighting IED Gaming & Modeling Environment – Gaming (PC: Unreal Engine) Created vehicle and environment assets for JIDO’s counter IED training simulation program. I also created and proposed a PBR workflow (before PBR was standardized) as well as alternatives for in-game lighting for better efficiency within the Unreal Engine. RCOS Mobile Training App – Gaming (Mobile: Android) For the client, SPAWAR, I worked on Route Clearance Optics Suite (RCOS) devices. These were used to familiarize the warfighter on how to operate the devices and reinforce thermography lessons.

06/2011 - 10/2011 Snaps New York, NY 3D Generalist (freelance) Contribution: Model, Texture, Materials, Lighting, Animation, Compositing Alphabet Animals – Gaming AR (Mobile: IOS) GoldRun: Alphabet Animals was an early augmented reality app that pioneered the concept of geo-fenced virtual objects in the real world, years before Pokémon GO was launched. This app was designed for kids to use their camera phone to look around, find animals, and take a picture together. Through this relationship and exploration of the real world in search of these animals they will pick up on their ABC’s! The challenge was taking very playful loose sketches to a form that maintains the look and feel of the sketch and blend well in the real world. Making this transition required collaborating closely with the design- er. I also worked with the programmer to ensure work was kept within iPhone technical limitations.
