SITUASI SEMASA LAPORAN MINGGUAN DEMAM DENGGI NEGERI SELANGOR Bagi Minggu Epidemiologi 35/2021 (Tarikh 29.08.21 - 04.09.21) SITUASI SEMASA LAPORAN MINGGUAN DEMAM DENGGI NEGERI SELANGOR Bagi Minggu Epidemiologi 35/2021 (Tarikh 29.08.21 - 04.09.21) 1. Analisa bilangan kes berdasarkan daerah Pada minggu epidemiologi (ME) 35 iaitu bagi tempoh 29 Ogos hingga 4 September 2021, sejumlah 217 kes demam denggi telah dilaporkan di Negeri Selangor, iaitu penurunan sebanyak 18.4% berbanding 266 kes pada minggu sebelumnya. Sejumlah 10,797 kes demam denggi dilaporkan sehingga ME 35 yang berakhir pada 4 September 2021 iaitu penurunan sebanyak 70.6% ( 25,915 kes) berbanding minggu yang sama tahun 2020 (36,712 kes). Tiada kes kematian dilaporkan dalam tempoh ini. Kumulatif kes kematian sehingga ME 35 adalah dua kes menunjukkan penurunan 94.1 %, berbanding 34 kes kematian pada tempoh yang sama tahun lepas. Analisa bilangan kes berdasarkan mukim Negeri Selangor mempunyai 56 mukim dimana mukim yang menunjukkan bilangan kes tertinggi pada ME 35/2021 adalah Kajang (42), Damansara (28), Petaling (22), Sg. Buloh (21) dan Klang (20). Manakala secara kumulatif mukim tertinggi bilangan kes adalah Kajang (1,463), Petaling (1,261), Klang (1,244), Damansara (1,027) dan Batu (919). Analisa bilangan lokaliti wabak Jumlah lokaliti wabak denggi aktif pada hari ke-tujuh (Sabtu) ME 35/2021 adalah sebanyak 76 dengan perincian lokaliti hotspot 5, wabak tak terkawal 6 dan wabak terkawal 65. Wabak Tak Terkawal : terdapat pertambahan kes selepas hari ke 14 dari tarikh kes kedua dilaporkan. Hotspot : lokaliti wabak aktif berlarutan melebihi tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh wabak aktif bermula. Tarikh wabak aktif bermula dari tarikh kes kedua dilaporkan. 4. Tindakan pencegahan denggi Sidang Khas Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN) telah mengumumkan Pelan Pemulihan Negara (PPN) Kawalan COVID-19 bermula 16 Jun 2021 sehingga tempoh mengikut pelan peralihan fasa PKP secara berperingkat. Negeri Selangor masih berada dalam Fasa 1 PPN. Pengumuman pembukaan 11 sektor baru yang bermula pada 16 Ogos 2021 oleh MKN akan meningkatkan pergerakan keluar orang ramai. Namun, secara keseluruhan rakyat Selangor masih perlu kekal berada di rumah dalam memenuhi arahan kawalan pergerakan ini. Sehubungan itu, pihak Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Selangor menyarankan agar komuniti di kawasan kediaman terus melaksanakan gotong-royong kendiri secara berkala di dalam dan persekitaran rumah dengan ; • Meluangkan hanya 10 minit seminggu, pastikan semua takungan air yang tidak digunakan dipersekitaran masing-masing dimusnahkan. • Bagi takungan air kekal hendaklah sentiasa ditutup rapat atau diletakkan ubat pembunuh jentik- jentik serta diperiksa seminggu sekali. • Sebarang maklumat tambahan berkaitan kawalan dan pencegahan denggi boleh diperolehi melalui https://www.infosihat.gov.my/index.php/demam-denggi. This paper addresses the issue of the conserving the natural heritage of environmentally sensitive areas in Kuala Selangor District, Malaysia. Being as environmental goods, the existence of these natural heritage elements is all important as overall it enhances the quality of life. Simultaneously, it is greatly marked that presently there is an increasing tendency in the development which may hamper these sensitive areas. Thus, this research was embarked to analyses the importance of areas of natural heritage found in Kuala Selangor. The research mainly employed the collection of secondary information in terms of textual and statistical information in the form of GIS format to assemble info for analysis purpose. The results indicate that the natural heritage of environmentally sensitive areas comprises of Kuala Selangor Nature Park, Kampung Kuantan, Kampung Bukit Belimbing and Permanent Forest Reserves. These fields hold the prominent values of historical archaeology and biodiversity which should be protected for future generations. As a conclusion, it is clearly evident that environmental goods, letting in natural heritage have invaluable assets that hold its own contribution to raising the overall environmental quality.
