PENGUMUMAN TRAFIK MAKLUMAN TERKINI PELAN PENGURUSAN TRAFIK UNTUK PEMBINAAN MRT SSP SEPANJANG BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA, PRIMA DAMANSARA & DAMANSARA DAMAI 11 APRIL 2019 1. LANJUTAN PENUTUPAN LORONG DI SEPANJANG JALAN CEMPAKA, BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA Tarikh 13 April 2019 – 04 Julai 2019 Masa 24 jam Jangka masa 3 bulan Menjalankan kerja-kerja pengalihan utiliti, pembinaan tiang MRT dan sebarang Tujuan kerja berkaitan pembinaan MRT Untuk makluman, penutupan satu (1) lorong secara berkala di Jalan Cempaka akan dilanjutkan dari 13 April 2019 sehingga 04 Julai 2019. Tempoh masa untuk kerja-kerja adalah 24 jam selama 3 bulan. Penutupan ini adalah sepanjang 300 meter secara berperingkat. Semasa penutupan lorong, satu (1) lorong akan dibuka pada setiap masa. Pemandu akan dilencongkan ke jalan bertentangan menggunakan kaedah “BERHENTI” dan “JALAN” (seperti yang ditunjukkan anak panah HIJAU dalam peta). Pengguna jalan raya dinasihatkan untuk mematuhi arahan papan tanda trafik dan pengawal bendera yang bertugas. CONTINUATION OF LANE CLOSURE ALONG JALAN CEMPAKA, BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA Date 13 April 2019 – 04 July 2019 Time 24 hours Duration 3 months Reason To facilitate utilities relocation, MRT pier construction and any other related works for MRT There will be continuation of one (1) lane closure intermittently along Jalan Cempaka, Bandar Sri Damansara from 13 April 2019 until 04 July 2019. Construction works will be for 24 hours for 3 months. The closure is for a stretch of 300 meters and by stages. During this closure, there will be one (1) lane made available and motorists will be diverted to opposite lane by flagman at both end (Jalan Cempaka-bound) using the “STOP” and “GO” method of traffic flow (as indicated in GREEN arrows in map). -

The total Project area is 212.80 acres (86.12 ha) and the proposed Project is to be developed by Sime Darby Properties (Selangor) Sdn. Bhd . This piece of land is owned by The London Asiatic Rubber and Produce Company Limited (Company No. 990021-H) which is a subsidiary of Sime Darby Plantation Berhad. The locality of the Project Site falls under the jurisdiction of Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj). 1.1.1 Approval of Penilaian Awalan Tapak (PAT) A Site Suitability Assessment (Penilaian Awalan Tapak) has been submitted to the Department of Environment (DOE) Selangor on 6th March 2014. The department has no objection to the proposed development via its letter dated 21st March 2014 [(B)B 91/110/621/077 Jld 162(2)] as appended in Appendix 1 . However, their definition and characteristics are inconsistent and developing a systematic classification has been recognized to avoid the inconsistency. Several efforts have been made but the approach mainly based on a few criteria and classified manually according to the types that stated in the regulatory framework. Therefore, this study developed a classification system based on multi-criteria that represents the structure and function of urban green spaces using Kuala Lumpur City, Malaysia as a model. The useful of the systematic classification for urban green spaces planning and management was interpreted through landscape pattern analysis. In this study, land use map of Kuala Lumpur City was used as a based. Through field observation, information from Kuala Lumpur City Hall and satellite image interpretation, seven criteria were identified to develop the classification system. Landscape pattern was based on landscape metrics analyzed using FRAGSTAT 3.3. The analysis defined five categories of urban green spaces: conservation green space, greenway, community green space, residential green space and amenity green space. -
