The 500-seater year-round garden has a large pavilion, indoor/outdoor , and beautiful outdoor pergola. The 150 seat Terrace has a 3-season atmosphere with a beauti- ful outdoor pergola. Communal tables are perfect for sharing with friends and making new ones. Our Pavilion with its main stage will feature national acts, comedians, as well as the areas hottest dance floor. It’s also the perfect spot to host a private - big or small. The vibe in this beer garden is infectious! So grab a friend and a beer, and plan to stay a while.

OPTION 1 – THE TERRACE Seated Dinner: up to 40-60 guests Style Events: up to 100-150 guests Located in the heart of the Brew Beer Garden. This space has a beautiful terrace with sprawling flowers and greens. This is a great space to enjoy the outdoors and excitement of downtown Worcester, while having dedicated space to host up to 100-150 people.

Please inquire further for Food and Beverage minimum. • You may have the area exclusively for 4 hours until 8pm, but this can be extended – just ask! • You do not have to relocate! The area just becomes open to the public after the set times. • Pre-arranged function food is to be served prior to 7pm.

OPTION 2 – THE BAR Cocktail Style Events: up to 75 guests Welcome to the Interior Beer Garden! It has its own private bar, bath- rooms, and room for up to 75 persons. This space features a custom draft system with a selection of 36 craft from around the world, along with a premium selection of spirits & non-alcoholic items. We guarantee that you’ll fall in love with it like we have! Frequently used for birthdays, corporate events and holiday celebrations, it is a very versatile space, ideal for any & every event. Easily suited to large functions up to 75 patrons cocktail style.

With large paned windows to allow you to look into the open space Beer Garden (We can even open them for you!), state of the art stage and sound system, a 20’ television, and enough tables and seating for 150, and space for up to 200 cocktail style!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: • The minimum spend Sunday – Thursday is $10,000 • The minimum spend for the Pavilion Friday/Saturday is $15,000 • The Pavilion is yours exclusively for 4 hours, not exceeding 9pm. • You don’t have to relocate at 9pm, the room just becomes open to the public. • All pre-ordered function food must be served prior to 8:00pm.

OPTION 4 – THE FULL VENUE Seated Dinner: up to 200 Cocktail Style Events: up to 500 You can reserve our entire venue! With both bars, the Interior & Exterior Beer Garden, staff, and all the fun between Noon – Midnight Sunday – Thursday. The minimum spend is $20,000. The minimum spend for the Pavilion Friday/Saturday is $30,000 This is ideally suited towards groups and of 300+. You may have the area exclusively for 4 hours, but this can be extended – just ask! CUSTOMIZE YOUR BEVERAGE EXPERIENCE The Beer Garden offers a curated draft selection serving 36 craft beers, as well as a selection of , spirits & . Speak with our Director of Catering & Events to create a custom beverage experience for your event. Here are a few options that will cater to your budget while providing an enjoyable bev- erage service for your guests. OPEN BAR An open bar entails one bill being kept for all drinks ordered throughout the event with no restrictions. The beverage total amount will be combined with the total food bill at the end of the event and presented to the host for payment. LIMITED OPEN BAR 1. Hosted beer and only; other drinks (cocktails, ) are the responsibility of the guest. 2. Hosting a select list of beverage options- a customized bev- erage menu for your event; beverages outside of your cus- tom menu will be the responsibility of the guest. 3. Hosted bar is open to a predetermined cost total, where drinks beyond that point will be the responsibility of the guest. FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS When booking your group reservation, please note that dates come with a food & beverage revenue guarantee. Minimums vary based on the day of the week and time of the year, and do not include service charge, sales tax, or gratuity.

EVENT GUARANTEES We will need to receive your final guest commitment one week prior to your event(s). Should this number not be made available at the requested time, the originally established attendance will be used. The actual attendance or the final guaranteed guest count will be charged, which- ever is greater. If the guest number increases the day of the event, we will do our best to ac- commodate. Group menus and beverage choices will need to be selected 2 weeks in advance. This will guarantee food and beverage item availability and printing of the menus for the day/night of the event as needed.

DEPOSIT In order to hold your reservation, 25% of the contracted food and beverage minimum is due as a deposit upon signing the contract. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

TAX AND GRATUITY

Prices are exclusive of 7% State and Local Taxes, 18% Gratuity, and a 5% Administrative Fee.

FINAL PAYMENT Final payment is due 72 hours in advance. Any additional balance will be paid for in full upon the completion of the event. We do not provide separate checks for group events.
