Where possible, these are grown in our beer garden by our resident local gardener, Linda. CLASSIC COCKTAILS All 7.60 ABSOLUT COSMO Absolut Blue, Cointreau, lime and cranberry juice. CAIPIRINHA Cachaça, lime juice and brown sugar. BRAMBLE Bombay Dry, Crème de Mure, lemon juice and gomme. MOJITO Bacardi, lime juice, mint and gomme. MINT JULEP Jim Beam, mint, gomme and bitters. We are happy to make any classic cocktails you may know and love if we have the products to do so.
