Page 4 WETNOTES Getting Women in the Water By Annette Bernier, IGLA Pacific Co-Chair For years the IGLA board and individual teams have been asking the same question, “How can we recruit more women?” Well with an initiate being spear headed by the Women’s Development Committee there may just be a light at the end of the tunnel.
