In fact, the doctor said that his case involved “a horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible infection.” Now, when a doctor says “horrible” twice, you get freaked out; when he says it five times, then you know it’s really bad. When my sister-in-law and brother-in-law brought my nephew home, he was still vomiting. It was awful to watch him suffer. When my wife and sister-in-law approached the dietitian and doctor about this issue, they kept insisting that this was the right medication for the child to take. Finally, one of the nurses looked into the issue and admitted, “You know what? We made a big mistake.” If you had been on the receiving end of this harrowing episode, you would be outraged.
