INTRODUCTION In addition to the presidential elections and for the renewal of the Federal Congress, midterm elections were held in 30 entities of the country, in which 8 Governors, 27 Local Congresses, 1,596 City Councils, 16 City Halls and the Head of Government of City will be renewed.
