We believe the magic of friendship begins with a great party! We have a beautiful kitchen center and party room available on a first come, first reserved basis. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Guests provide: • Adult supervision • Party Decor (Party decor, if hung, must be hung using Command Strips and must not cause damage to SLB property.)

Guidelines: • 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking • All custom selections must be submitted to SLB 1 week prior to party date. (cookie cutter, Giant Cookie Flavor, Party Theme information, etc.) • Party Guest count must be submitted to SLB 1 week prior to party date. If changes need to be made, a 10% service fee will be applied. • Party space is available 15 minutes prior to and after party start time • No outside food allowed • Adult supervision required at all times during the party.

Audio Visual • Flat screen television with Apple TV connection • Wireless internet connection available • Guest needs to provide his/her own laptop • Mac owners can easily connect to the monitor wirelessly through AirPlay via their laptops.

Community Board Room Rental Rates • $75/hour or $350 day rate • Wireless internet connection available • Flat screen television with Apple TV connection • Coffee Service available upon request for an additional charge • Food service available upon request for an additional charge

Special Event Rental Rates We are proud of our facility and believe our kitchen center will provide the best backdrop to any event you might want to host.

• $500/ 2 hours - Each additional hour is $150/hour

Rental rate of $500 applies with a 50% deposit required at time of booking. The space will be available 30 minutes prior to and post your event. This pricing includes two SLB assistants to work the event to ensure the safety of guests and SLB property. Any damages incurred are the sole responsibility of the individual signing the rental agreement.
