Issue 2 Proposed Tax Levy (Additional) Garaway Local School District Garaway Local School District ONLY Providing for the emergency requirements of the School District, in the sum of $750,000 and a levy of taxes to made outside of the ten-mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.30 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of 10 years, commencing 2018, first due calendar year 2019. Issue 3 Proposed Tax Levy (Substitute) Garaway Local School District Garaway Local School District ONLY Shall a tax levy substituting for an existing levy be imposed by Garaway Local School District for the purpose of providing necessary requirements of the school district in the initial sum of $1,487,300, and a levy of taxes be made outside of the ten- mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to require 5.8 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0,58 for each one hundred dollars of valuation for the initial year of the tax, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2018, first due in calendar year 2019, with the sum of such tax to increase only if and as new land or real property improvements not previously taxed by the school district are added to its tax list? Issue 4 Proposed Tax Levy (Additional) All Precincts Coshocton County Additional tax for the benefit of Coshocton County for the purpose of ambulance service, emergency medical service or both by and through the Coshocton County Medical Service at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a 5 year period, commencing in 2018, first due calendar year 2019. Issue 5 Proposed (Ordinance) City of Coshocton ONLY Electric Aggregation City of Coshocton Shall the City of Coshocton have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the City of Coshocton, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out? Issue 6 Proposed (Ordinance) City of Coshocton ONLY Gas Aggregation City of Coshocton Shall the City of Coshocton have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the City of Coshocton, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gass, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out? Issue 7 Proposed (Resolution) Village of West Lafayette ONLY Electric Aggregation Village of West Lafayette Shall the Village of West Lafayette have the authority to aggregate the retail electric loads located in the Village of West Lafayette, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of electricity, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out? INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTER FOR INDICATING YOUR CHOICES ON A FEDERAL WRITE-IN ABSENTEE BALLOT (FWAB): To complete a Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB), go to http://www.fvap.gov. You have the option of downloading a blank, hard copy FWAB to complete by hand, or proceeding through electronic completion of the FWAB using the website’s FWAB Wizard. The first page of the FWAB is a Voter Declaration/Affirmation you must complete in order for your ballot to count. After completing the Voter Declaration/Affirmation, use the initial election notice issued on the 100th day before the election and the updated election notice issued on the 45th day before the election as a guide to: (1) write the name of each candidate or issue contest for which you are casting a vote and then (2) write the name of your choice of candidate or choice for or against an issue. After you have completed the FWAB, you must PRINT the ballot and MAIL it to your county board of elections at this address: Coshocton County, 724 S. 7th Street , Room #100 , Coshocton, OH 43812. A complete listing of all county board of elections mailing addresses and contact information is available at https://www.sos.state.oh.us/elections/elections-officials/county-boards-of-elections-directory/. Do not send your ballot via e-mail or fax; Ohio law prohibits electronic transmission of a voted ballot. .

"As we begin this journey tonight, we must work not as Democrats, not as Republicans, but as Ohioans," DeWine told supporters at the Ohio Republican Party's election night party in Columbus. "Ohioans should unite around a shared mission to ensure that every single person in this state - every child, no matter where they're born, no matter who their parents are, no matter what their circumstances -- has the opportunity to live up to their God-given potential. ... "As governor, it will be my responsibility, and a responsibility that I take very seriously, to pull people together -- Democrats, Republicans and Independents -- for our common cause, because Ohio's challenges ... are not solvable just by one party," DeWine continued. "Our fundamental beliefs and core values as Ohioans, what we share together truly transcends party politics." DeWine, the current attorney general, ended up winning the governor's race with 50.66 percent of the vote, beating Cordray's 46.44 percent, according to unofficial results.     The Hannah Report Special Election Edition May 3, 2006 2006 Primary Election Results Party caucuses held a few surprises Tuesday. There were a number of anticipated blow-outs and several nail-biters, including a seven-way Democratic primary in the 10th House District that was still too close to call at end of business Wednesday. Results remain officially "unofficial" in all races and do not reflect provisional voting. Absentee ballots were also out in Cuyahoga County, where the election board was forced to count votes by hand in the 10th District and other races. A disclaimer at the secretary of state's website notes that results will be final 81 days after the date on which county boards of elections have all completed official canvases, which must be no later than May 23, 2006. Statewide Races U.S. Rep. Ted Strickland (D-Ohio) easily overcame his opponent to win the Democratic caucus for governor by a factor of four. Bryan Flannery was unable to capitalize on allegations concerning a former Strickland staffer arrested for public indecency. On the Republican side, Secretary of State Ken Blackwell banked on a well-organized and financially generous grassroots effort to pass Attorney General Jim Petro for the gubernatorial nomination. In the attorney general campaign, Sen. Tim Grendell (R-Chesterland) acknowledged the inevitability of former attorney general Betty Montgomery's bid for another Republican nomination to her old job, conceding early Tuesday to the sitting auditor.     Government Relations Update Election 2010 Special Edition The Political Pendulum Swings Back to Favor GOP period of Democratic dominance, but only two years later the public has voted for change. While some are sure to trumpet the Republican victory as a validation of the GOP’s agenda, recent history warns of over- interpreting the election results. Analysts and pundits have repeatedly argued over the last several election cycles that a significant victory by one party or the other is the first step to an enduring or permanent majority; however, after last night’s results, it is clearer than ever that the pendulum continues to swing, and that the U.S. political waters continue to be roiled. While Republicans and Democrats both may overstate the long-term significance of last night’s Republican victory, there are some broad mes- sages from yesterday’s results.
