He brought renewed interest into the original charter of Carisbrook Historic House as a focus for evocative SSuunnddaayy SSeepptt 1177 visitor experience. Bill successfully gained funds and grant money to launch the substantial restoration of Carisbrook's conservatory, an exacting building job that took much time and attention to detail. Bill continues to work
