SYMPOSIUM VEUE Rose Hotels are located on the coast of . Kemer is situated 50 km from the Antalya airport. It has bus connections with Antalya. The surroundings are equally attractive to those who enjoy walking, sightseeing, fine landscapes.

BADGE Participants should kindly wear name badges during the Symposium. Name badges will be provided in participants’ conference packs at the Registration Desk.

SESSIOS Sessions are moderated by Chairs who monitor and administer the meetings. Each paper will be resented for about 20 minutes, and will be followed by a brief discussion. The Chair may decide and change the order of presentations as well as time allocated for each presentation.

LAGUAGE The official language of the symposium is English.

VISA REQUIREMETS Delegates are responsible for ensuring they hold the requisite valid travel documents. Please contact your nearest Turkish embassy for the requirements regarding visas.

CLIMATE The weather in Antalya at the beginning of June is warm and pleasant. Temperatures usually range from 25 oC and 30 oC. during day.

CLOTHIG Clothing is informal for all occasions.

AIRPORT TRASPORTATIO International flights arrive at the Antalya Airport which is approximately a 25 and 60 minute drive to Antalya and Kemer respectively. There is no direct public transportation from Antalya Airport to Kemer. HAVAS bus service available at the rate of Euro 7.00 to Antalya and minibus service available from Antalya to Kemer (3,50 Eur.). If there are enough participants interested, a shuttle minibus (515 persons) will be arranged to transport participants from Antalya Airport to the hotel (the Symposium Venue) and from hotel to the Airport on arrival and departure days at competitive rates. If you wish, you can also request a private pick up service (14 people) at your preferred time. If you request transportaiton you should send flight information by email to: [email protected]

Symposium. But the proceedings will be published after the meeting. Selected papers will be considered for possible publication in a book/journal by international publisher. Authors will be charged for the costs of publication in an international Journal or Book (optional).. ORAL PRESETATIOS The oral presentations must be delivered in 15 minutes; following by 5 minutes question time.

POSTER PRESETATIOS There will be official poster viewing and discussion sessions during the symposium where authors are requested to be present in order to answer questions. The poster dimension is maximum 70 cm wide x 90 cm high. The text should be readable from a distance of 12 meters. The poster title should be 34 cm high.
